Align on expectations of daily tasks; ensure the designer and or project manager have a complete understanding of the purpose of the design in order for them to improve on the design capabilities. Would suggest all details and questions are addressed up front when designs are initially proposed. I worked with a capable Project Manager that called out design issues which helped save a lot of time.

Fikri were instructed to produce a Logo for my software concept which will shortly be marketed in the UK. They were provided with a Brief; a draft logo; and responses to their queries on scope. Fikri produced a logo very quickly in a range of colours and text in different fonts.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Fikri were able to turn around the instruction swiftly and to a very high-standard. They followed the Brief and the draft logos provided by me. They also worked closely to the responses provided to their questions on scope; they hit the Brief on the head perfectly.

Fikri Studio delivered the task in a timely manner, exceeding my expectations. Even with time difference between Fikri and me, they were tentative and responded in good-time on each and every occasion. Any queries raised (although these solely related to colours and fonts as the logo design was perfect) were dealt with efficiently and perfectly in-line with what was requested of them

This was my first experience with a logo designer, so I have nothing to base my experience on; however, the speed at which they dealt with the instruction and the quality of the end-result makes them a company I will likely instruct again on future projects.

I have no areas of improvement to suggest for Fikri. They followed the Brief; engaged with me swiftly and efficiently; and produced a fantastic logo which is going to be used on my application.
