What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After the site redesign, the biggest result is that customer are seeing a huge increase in direct to consumer business. They  went from doing about $12-15K per month to now doing over $40K. After 6 months, the cost of site will have paid for itself. 

Our customers are extremely happy with the new website's performance and hoping to continue to see it grow!

Fikri was engaged to help us with the complete UI/UX design, wire-framing and design prototyping of our suite of applications using modern web design techniques and best practices in an effort to produce the most professional, intuitive and user-friendly front-end user experience and overall product design. They were charged with helping us to design the full application look-and-feel and overall aesthetic that would be used to standardize the UI throughout the entire product suite.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The level of quality, expertise, professionalism and experience that were continuously demonstrated by the Fikri team blew us away. Their attention to detail, ability to grasp and comprehend our objectives, and the speed/pace with which they could produce complete mockups and designs with very little specifics or direction from us astonished us on a consistent basis.

They always exceed our expectations in terms of meeting timelines and deliverables. Often, they would return designs for us to evaluate and provide feedback on before we were able to even completely document what it was we were looking for in our project management software.

We would make requests and/or offer feedback about concepts or ideas and soon became accustomed to getting complete UI designs or mockups for us to choose from within 24-48 hours of initially discussing or requesting them.

The ability for this company to understand the task at hand, often with little verbal or direct input from us, but instead based on previous conversations that we had in terms of what the application is and what we hoped it could be. Additionally, their ability to take feedback from us and immediately produce results from that input that not only satisfied the criteria - but would often exceed it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Fikri Studio could have done differently?

In all honesty - we see no area currently where we think the team at Fikri are lacking or need improvement upon - and that is saying a lot. Prior to finding and working with Fikri, we had worked with a couple of other firms that were slow to grasp our ideas and even slower in implementing tasks that they were assigned in a timely fashion.

With Fikri, if we had one complaint, we sometimes wished they would move a little slower than they did as we weren't accustomed to their fast pace of delivery which rarely - if ever - compromised the quality of those deliverables or timelines.
