Our initial website was created when we started an agency with only one landing page. We hired Figmatica to provide the site design and development for us. By doing this, we wanted to update our website structure, modernize our brand look, and deploy all of the changes with the professional development team.

We looked for Webflow designers using Upwork. The Head of Design at Figmatica sent us his portfolio; we were impressed by his experience and examples of work and his ability to develop all of the design assets without looking for additional resources.

After a short discovery meeting, we aligned on our website vision and provided Figmatica with a website structure. Once they had that, they delivered 4 different design variations to let us choose our favorite one. This allowed us to expand our ideas and take the best from each variant.

Later, we had syncs on each page when the design was ready for dev production. The last stage included reviewing our comments, testing each page, handing over detailed explanations on how to use the CMS system, work with the Webflow system.

We worked with 3 people, including a project manager, one designer, and a developer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Figmatica's ideas were very fresh and modern. Our team didn’t have to explain in small detail for each project step since Figmatica was proactive in its service delivery. Our new website looks decent compared to the old version, and we started receiving leads from the website too, which was a rare case before.

We had a mutual channel with the design team in Slack and received frequent updates there.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Proactiveness with design ideas, overdelivering requested changes, and openness to fine-tune all of the improvements after the soft version of the website was presented.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Things could be done faster on the development side; having all of the project's stakeholders in our channel could speed up the process. However, quality is more important, and we ended up with a high-quality deliverable.
