A Creative Social Media Partner That Keeps Getting Better

Feedbird has done a spectacular job managing our social media posts and video shorts this year. Their work has improved tremendously, and the quality of both the graphics and videos has grown exponentially.

They have been responsive to our guidance, easy to work with, and have done a wonderful job capturing the heart of our brand. As a small business, it means a lot to have a team that can take direction, understand our goals, and turn that into creative, engaging content. We are especially impressed with the improvement in their video shorts. The content feels more polished, more on-brand, and much more effective than ever before. W have been using Feedbird for over two years.  They have done a nice job of growing our followers on social media.  The video shorts they have made for us have been very on brand and useful for us.

There is very little that we dislike about Feedbird. Like most social media partnerships, the best results come when we provide clear direction, brand details, and timely feedback. Earlier on, we sometimes needed to give more guidance to help the content fully match our voice and goals, but Feedbird has been very responsive and the quality of their work has improved tremendously over time.

The style of their draft social media posts, related to both copy and graphics, can be somewhat inconsistent; we assume this is due to differences among the people on the Feedbird team who prepare the drafts. We regard this as a minor quality control issue, and it's reasonably easy for us to resolve inconsistencies via the revision process. Considering how affordable Feedbird's services are, we have no significant complaints.
