What impressed me most about Feedbird was the excellent value for money they offered, combining high-quality social media services with competitive pricing. I was also particularly impressed by their outstanding time management. They consistently delivered all work on schedule, maintained clear communication throughout the project, and managed tasks efficiently, making the entire collaboration smooth and reliable.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the collaboration. If I had to suggest one area for improvement, it would be to incorporate even more creativity into some of the visual content and graphics. While the content strategy and messaging were already very strong and effective, adding more unique and innovative design elements could make the social media presence even more engaging and distinctive.
