Feed Media is a national public relations and marketing firm that helps growing brands build visibility, strengthen their reputations, and connect with the audiences that matter most. Based in Denver, Feed works with companies of all sizes, from startups and emerging brands to Fortune 500 organizations.
Feed is especially well known for its work in the restaurant and hospitality industries, with deep experience in travel, real estate, technology, and B2B as well. That range of experience gives the team an understanding of how different industries, audiences, and media landscapes require different approaches. Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all PR playbook, Feed develops strategies around each client's business goals, opportunities, and challenges.
The team's work spans public relations, media and influencer relations, thought leadership, awards programs, branding, and marketing. Whether the goal is introducing a new company or concept, establishing executives as industry experts, earning meaningful media coverage, strengthening a brand's position in its market, or supporting a larger growth strategy, Feed focuses on work that contributes to real business results.
Feed's approach is straightforward, collaborative, and highly strategic. The team believes strong public relations and marketing should do more than generate attention. It should help organizations build credibility, reach the right people, and create momentum toward their larger goals.
That philosophy also shapes the way Feed works with its clients. While the agency takes on focused, short-term projects, many Feed relationships last for years. Those long-term partnerships allow the team to develop a deep understanding of a client's business, anticipate opportunities, adapt strategies as priorities change, and serve as an ongoing communications partner as the organization grows.
"What I admire the most is their ability to look at an idea rationally and provide feedback."

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
Punch Bowl Social is a restaurant concept that turned the casual dining category upside down by curating a dining experience with a scratch kitchen, craft beverages and social activities tailored for the Millennial demographic.
As Sr. Director of Marketing, I am responsible for brand launch, new markets, strategy, paid/earned/social media, consumer insight and community involvement.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Feed Media?
As a start up Punch Bowl Social was trying to tell 2 stories simultaneously. Start up restaurant concept quickly growing into a nation brand as well as being the disruptor to the casual dining experience.
We needed a partner to help us tell our story to the consumer and industry trades at the local and national level.
What were your goals for this project?
- Generate local and national brand awareness. - Awards and Accolades. - Stay top of mind in the restaurant space for great food and drinks with a social atmosphere.
SOLUTION
How did you select Feed Media?
After vetting out several PR firms, Feed Media's experience with food and beverage was superior to all other candidates. They showed a clear understanding of what Punch Bowl Social is and how they could help us get to the next level.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
The scope of work consisted of three buckets:
1. CEO support, Awards and accolades.
The story of Punch Bowl Social was complex, therefore exciting to tell.
Our CEO was raised in the restaurant industry, starting out as a dishwasher in his early teens. Proprietor of several different restaurant concepts across the country, brining his love of food, well crafted drinks and childhood love of bowling and games under one roof for people of all ages.
Feed Media was instrumental in crafting the narrative that PBS was a restaurant with scratch kitchen, craft beverages and old school games like, bowling, ping pong, vintage arcade, and more under one roof.
They did an incredible job of differentiating PBS from other gaming establishments that served food, which enabled us to get the attention of national trade publication and receiving the highly coveted NRN’s Breakout Brand Of the Year 2015.
As the brand grew Feed Media was right there with us to tell the story of growth.
2. New location/new market launch & on-going support for open locations.
In 2015 PBS had 3 location in 3 different states. By 2020 there were 20 location coast to coast. Each new location would open in a new city, it was our job to introduce PBS to a new customer base.
Feed Media created a new market launch strategy that would lead up to the grand opening event.
Once the location was open we would transition to the on-going PR strategy which consisted of continued brand awareness, community involvement, influencer strategy, and marketing initiative support on a monthly basis.
3. Crisis Management.
When you are serving tens of thousands of people every week an incident can occur where you need support from a level headed publicist that will step in with both internal employee communication as well as external media communication.
This can range from media showing up unexpectedly to interview wait staff about a current news topic to an accident happening on property.
I can’t thank Stefanie and Feed Media for all of their help and support during the 2020 COVID-19 shutdown.
What was the team composition?
As we grew so did our Feed Media team.
Stefanie - Lead the team with strategy, crisis management & CEO support. 2 team members - New location launch, awards, accolades and national brand awareness. 3-4 team members - Regional support with 4-5 locations per.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
When Feed Media joined our team we were at a pivotal point with expansion. We had four location open in Four states, five locations schedule to open in the next 18 months and trying to raise capital through crowd funding to support our expansion.
In order to generate investment interest we needed to create buzz around the concept.
Through our joint efforts we received 14 awards which included; 2015 NRN's Top Breakout Brands, 2017 NRN Next 20 Restaurant Brands, 2017 CEO Robert was honored with EY's Entrepreneur of the year award, 2017 Recognition on the prestigious Inc. 5000 award list, 2018 Fast Company Top 10 Most Innovative Companies in Gaming. .
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The Feed Media team was an extension of the PBS Marketing team. We worked side by side with weekly call for on-going main topics and monthly calls for Reginal communication.
We used Slack for on-going communication and media hit alerts. We also had a shared Cloud for all approved assets.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Feed Media is a true partner. Their marketing minded approach to PR allowed them to seamlessly fit right into the brand.
What I admire the most is their ability to look at an idea rationally and provide feedback that may not be in support of said idea but is in the best interest of the brand. A true partner doesn’t always agree with all of your ideas.
Are there any areas for improvement?
You always wish for more time to review past performance of a campaign but with a start up brand on a fast growth plan we were always under deadline.
Their work was always solid, on point and on time.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I work for a newly developed and created nonprofit organization based in Denver, CO. The mission of the organization is to empower nonprofits to collaborate and align their missions to better serve children and families in our community. My responsibilities include all aspects of the organization, including Board Members, development, sponsors and events.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Feed Media?
As a small newly developed and created nonprofit organization, we were looking to build a local brand identity, that would hopefully grow nationally. We didn't have much expertise in public relations or building and rolling out a brand, and needed to outsource the strategic side of this development. We hired Feed Media to assist overall with the branding and public relations, specifically with a large scale annual event in the Denver area.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted to increase awareness and branding for our organization overall, in addition to raising significant funds for an annual Denver event through ticket sales and sponsorships.
SOLUTION
How did you select Feed Media?
My team searched online, and found agencies through industry recommendations. We compiled a list of 5 agencies. We contacted each company and narrowed it down to 3 after receiving their initial RFP's. The remaining agencies were brought into the office to meet with a panel of current employees.
It was a hard decision but we chose Feed Media based on the quality of their proposal and proven work ethic and success, their obvious research into our industry and their willingness to work alongside members of our team. Their authenticity, transparency and genuineness also put them leaps and bounds ahead other agencies we interviewed.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
After we selected this agency, we had a series of discovery calls and meetings to discuss our goals and our organization's brand. The team focused on understanding what our primary drivers were, as well as our short term and long term goals.
The plan that they presented following this collaboration was comprehensive and detailed, and provided many opportunities for all team members to contribute and brainstorm together. We had regular meetings to ensure we stayed on track, and had co-working documents to encourage further collaboration.
What was the team composition?
I worked extremely closely with the Founder/Owner/President of the company, as well as several other creatives on the team, who specialized in PR, nonprofit organizations and influencer research.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Since beginning our work with Feed Media, we increased our awareness in the local Denver market, outside and new sponsorships of our annual event, and placements in prominent publications.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The project managers that were assigned to the account were extremely communicative, and responsive. We spoke and interacted frequently, and had several tools that managed workflow collaboration.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I was continually impressed with the knowledge of each team member of the agency, connections throughout the community and the overall work ethic, genuineness and creativity.
Are there any areas for improvement?
In my experience, quality of work and team members far eclipses quantity. The team was professional and they genuinely cared about the mission of our organization. The opportunities that were brought to us were wonderful placements that aligned with the mission of the organization and event.
