Design fases form preliminary to technical, including permits and consultation local municipalty. Energy design based on recent availlable technoligies in market. Sustainability and future as important target of whole project. Ad hoc advice in realisation fases.

GPR assessment shows realized scores of over 8,5. New building in general.

No fixed or sharp schedule, anyhow time targets were met. Ad hoc questions were responded in time both telefone and e-mail.
