Highly organized and meaningful metrics. These were a direct and intelligable reflection of the work proposed and performed - refreshing! Traffic is skyward and engagement is good! No marketing bs lingo. They do real work, and we're getting real results.

Project management is on point, precise, and on time. They're starting to think for me. Having a vendor share in the computational load is such a relief.

We chose a small/medium sized agency for a particulare fit, vs a large, well oiled machine type of agency. We needed them to have anuanced understanding of our product space. They're very personable and efficient, and the work produced is real and timely. They produce meaningfful content with very limited hand holding. Time and money saver!

I can't think of anything at the moment.

I'm the general manager of Pacific Modular, LLC, a commercial flooring services company. We do everything from maintenance to restoration to installation.

What challenge were you trying to address with Fannit?

As a small company, we struggled with SEO and website management. We didn't know where to go with that, so we reached out to multiple companies. We liked Fannit, so we started working with them.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Fannit helps us with SEO, website management, and copywriting. They've also done some marketing work for us. We've recently started a new campaign with school facilities, and they've helped us with some design work and a QR code to get to a page.

Fannit has gone over our services and run what keywords we should be hitting, what we should focus on, and what people are searching for concerning our services. The team has done some copy for us, but we've provided the language we want to use and the things we want to highlight, and Fannit aims for it to look pretty and functional.

Fannit has at least two or three people working on our account. We meet with one of Fannit's team members once a month, and we know they have a team to assign tasks.

We found them through a Google search. We got a few bids and held meetings with three companies that contacted us back, and we thought Fannit stood out.

We've spent around $70,000–$75,000.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've seen our lead generation go up 50% yearly from the website since working with Fannit.

How did Fannit perform from a project management standpoint?

Fannit is consistently available and responsive. The team gets things done when they say they'll get them done. We have nothing negative to say on that front; they're pretty on top of things.

We use Google Meet, and Fannit has a portal through which they put things for us to see.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Chris. He's absolutely on top of things and has been fantastic to work with. He excels in devising new strategies and ideas.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Fannit's diligence to help and move things forward is impressive. They develop creative ways to help propel your business forward within your budget.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I wish Fannit would do further interviewing with me on some of the copy they write to help boost pages and keywords. We've worked out many of the kinks, but there tend to be a lot of references to residential instead of commercial or things they don't seem to understand. Instead of asking me directly, they Google it. That's the only improvement I suggest.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be very honest about where you're at with your budget. Fannit will do a great job finding a way to give you the best service they can through there. Ask lots of questions because they're very knowledgeable. There's a lot of jargon one may not know, and Fannit will be happy to dive into the details.

We were invisible on Google and weren’t getting any leads on our website. When people searched for us, we didn’t show up. Our goal was to become more relevant, so we needed Fannit to help us increase our sales and brand awareness.

Since working with Fannit, we’ve seen tremendous increases in our SEO rankings. For example, we moved from 191 to seven in one situation and from 10,020 to number one in another. In every keyword we participate in, there’s been a significant increase in ranking.

They really seemed to care.  We're small, family owned and care more about our plants than the business side.  Fannit helped us to understand the importance of good website design, improving customer communication, why we needed to do SEO, use keywords and why social marketing mattered.

A little editting was needed to reduce some over use of buzz words (keywords) and include our folksy 'style' of writing.  Their work was accurate and correct so it was more a matter of style in editting.

For this project, Fannit has been helping us with SEO and keyword research to increase our Google rankings. They work with us on third-party leads, including Angie’s List and HomeAdvisor, to help us meet the expectations of that kind of entity. In addition, they assist us in understanding the money we’re spending on those sites based on the data analytics they run on our bookings turnover numbers.

Moreover, they’ve been taking care of additional tasks that go out of the project’s scope, like bringing in professionals to help us create business plans based on our goals and aspirations as we grow as a company. Fannit’s team guides us and stays with us throughout those processes, which we like because they feel like a helping hand.

Throughout our partnership, Fannit has guided us through the different challenges we’ve had, like not knowing how to build a usable and workable website. For this project, Fannit’s team has helped us understand SEO strategies and tools and how to utilize keywords. They’ve also helped us manage our third-party Angie's List, HomeAdvisor, and Indeed accounts and assess all the data to guide us toward making the right decisions for our business.

In addition, Fannit has introduced us to new strategies to market and manage our budgets throughout our growth as a business.

How did Fannit perform from a project management standpoint?

Fannit’s project management is great. They’ve adapted to our delays and timeframes — their accuracy for timeframes and project diligence is very high. Moreover, they’re always on top of everything and double their efforts to help us achieve our goals.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What distinguishes Fannit from other providers is the personal touch they apply to their work. They don’t feel like a salesperson; their team educates us on where to invest our money and what activities can help us grow.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on. Whenever we come to them with a problem or a new idea, they collaborate with us to address that situation, keeping us involved in the process. In addition, whenever we’ve had any issues regarding the budget we assign to them, they’ve been open to conversing with us and solving that problem.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We measure success based on website traffic and how our keywords move up the ranking scale. It’s a constant battle to keep generating traffic to the website because millions of other entities are trying to rank on our same keywords. Fannit is very good at staying on top of traffic when it slips. They dig into why the traffic is slipping and try to bring it back up. 

How did Fannit perform from a project management standpoint?

Fannit delivers items on time, if not ahead of schedule. They’re rarely behind schedule; when they are, it’s typically due to an oversight on our end. They use Google Analytics to measure our traffic and keyword rankings. We have a monthly phone call to discuss progress and plan our next steps. I can also contact them anytime and get an instant response.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I like that they’re a relatively small company. They’re responsive, and there’s no bureaucracy involved. I appreciate that they tell us their plan and execute it while communicating effectively. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

It took me a while to understand how they could help us, but that could be on me since I wasn’t well-versed in digital marketing. Since working together, they’ve become better at explaining things.

I had a bad experience with a previous service provider; they took advantage of the fact I wasn’t familiar with digital marketing services. They asked for a lot more money and nickel-and-dimed me. According to our analytics report, we’ve been experiencing steady growth in traffic, conversion rate, and search engine rankings since partnering with Fannit. However, our Google My Business ranking has taken a dip, and I’ve been relatively disappointed with the quality of our blogs — it’s not the best content, but I’m still hopeful it’s helping us garner impressions.

Fannit has helped us tremendously with our keyword rankings, making them more competitive country-wide. We’re one of the first Chicago dental clinics to show up on Google search, which is fantastic. In addition, they’ve increased our organic traffic by 775% and our lead conversion rate by 79%.

How did Fannit perform from a project management standpoint?

Fannit offers many supportive project management tools to document everything we discuss and work on clearly and concisely, which I like. Moreover, we have direct communication with our account manager — I can reach out to him via phone and email whenever I need to, and he responds immediately to provide follow-up. Overall, they’re an organized team, and I’ve never felt like I don’t know what’s going on with the project.

Fannit’s team is aware of our needs and possibilities, so they find a way to make everything happen on a budget that fits our capabilities. I spoke to other potential partners, but they weren’t as personable as Fannit.
