A big positive change in attitude of our cybersecurity partners compared to our previous. Much more proactive in reporting findings and providing solutions, knowledgeable, willing to invest time (e.g. emails answered quickly, willing to jump on a call, etc.)

Professionalism, personal approach and the proactiveness. Also, able to propose changes with a nudge rather than a push.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Falconer Security could have done differently?
We currently rely heavily on one (great!) person, Gabriel. This is very helpful: short communication lines, always know where to go. As always, the downside is that there are potential vulnarabilities when he is not available. Perhaps good to involve another professional now and then for better awareness and handover. It is not that we notice any flaw here, we just do not know the person(s) who will be stepping in if he is unavailable. Minor thing, overall we are very satisfied!
