Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the founder and MD of a digital advertising agency. We grow our clients' businesses by delivering strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns.

For what projects/services did your company hire External Marketing Ltd?

We'd been relying exclusively on referrals to grow our business. Our agency marketing efforts were virtually zero, but we knew we wanted to focus our efforts on content marketing. We started working with EXT MKTG to define a strategy and execute on it.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

It was immediately obvious to me that Zara would be professional and enjoyable to work with. My previous attempts had all fizzled out so I knew I needed someone who could build momentum and remove obstacles as we went.

Initially we did some work on defining audience, content pillars and channels. By doing this we quickly identified that LinkedIn was our quickest win, and building out Pollenary's case studies was also critical to success.

We worked directly with the Director, Zara.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We built a Notion board to work through priorities and scheduling. Once a week we reviewed drafts and evaluated priorities.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It was refreshing to be working with someone I could trust, and that trust meant they could push back and help overcome obstacles. For example, it was Zara's idea to incorporate some of Pollenary's team into the process, so that momentum could be maintained when I became too busy to contribute. This was game-changing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We probably could have gotten to the scheduling part sooner, which was a really useful way of ensuring we were always putting new content out.

T3 are a creative design agency, designing real life guest experiences for the entertainment, leisure and hospitality industries. My role as brand and business director is to work with our clients to develop their brands and design their guest experiences, as well as a focus on the business development side of T3.

As our company organically grew, we needed to define a new direction. We worked with EXT MKTG to create and execute a new brand strategy to target new markets and have a clearer vision for the future of the business.

We saw EXT MKTG on LinkedIN and arrange a meeting, the rest is history!

We went through a various workshops with Zara and our team to determine the direction of our business. Zara worked with us to help determine our new vision for the business, values, target audience and a new identity that would target and reflect this. Zara also devised our marketing strategy, including implementing some of our PR. Zara also streamlined some of our internal processes, from sales leads process, client proposals and our company portfolio presentation decks.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We now have a brand new look and feel to our brand which has received multiple comments, we have connected and built new relationships and even won a few more overseas large scale design projects.

Zara is extremely personable and a great communicator. Zara has been super efficient at completing tasks for us and getting things done on time and in a professional manner. Zara was also very adaptable at using the tools we use for ease. Always on hand and keeps things simple to understand and ultimately achieve.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive about them is their commitment, enthusiasm, and passion to help us achieve our business goals.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing at all.
