We needed cybersecurity services.

Executive Solutions has run an analysis on my setup and identified weaknesses. They have also rated my system and given me a CISO report on our current cybersecurity posture. The team has consulted us on best practices and things we could consider as next steps.

I'm the CEO of AVEX, LLC, a media company. We provide audiovisual services, including live and virtual event production, hotel AV solutions, on-property services, and full-service support to help organizations communicate effectively.

We needed to strengthen our data security and overall IT infrastructure.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Executive Solutions has done a top-to-bottom assessment of our systems and set about 'hardening' our infrastructure in every capacity to protect us. We entered the process without even fully understanding our exposure, and they've clarified our weaknesses and implemented a program to address all of our issues and establish new protocols for handling our entire IT infrastructure. We've followed and implemented all of their recommendations.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Executive Solutions has accomplished our goals in an incredibly efficient and timely manner. I sleep better knowing my business is now protected and continues to be monitored. Their anticipation and response to our needs, requests, and questions have been exemplary. We've seen a complete overhaul and upgrading of our IT infrastructure, significantly improved secure systems, and dramatically reduced attacks. My staff who has helped to deal with our IT environment has noted far less and virtual elimination of malicious attacks. My executive team has also identified a much-improved environment. It has also helped with the sales and marketing of our business by letting our clients know that we're now NIST certified.

Executive Solutions' project management is outstanding. I literally feel safer with my data and infrastructure. The peace of mind I have now cannot be understated. They've delivered on time and continue to be an outstanding partner in my business. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.
