Establish an employee experience practice with the creation of company-wide personas and journey maps to help reinforce design thinking practices in the maturity of HR services. In addition, deploy several intranet sites based on SharePoint technology to educate employees. 

Built a remote work program to drive structure and meet the needs of a successful business through the pandemic. This included many assets including a website structure, graphic assets, executive presentation, and tools to manage the workforce through the change to remote working. Branding efforts include logo lockups for HR services, and many creative assets.

Evolve is a highly collaborative, long term partner. Their strategic lens and design expertise have helped us develop and realize our Customer Experience vision over 3-5 years of partnership. Each strategic body of work or asset from our Evolve projects have stood the test of time and help us create a robust set of tools to help our organization develop customer understanding and put customers at the center of decision making. 

Some high value items include: 

• Future State design and customer journey for multiple products and segements. (Onboarding, Credit) 
• Development of Customer Experience fundamentals, personas, journeys and importantly a Customer Experience toolkit to help the organization use this information in an accessible way.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Developed and shaped a long term Customer Experience vision and strategy that helped us secure resources and grow our footprint within the business and ultimately drove improved customer impact.

Highly collaborative, ability to synthesis information from many stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Always delivering on time and focused on making sure the outcomes are meaningful and complete. Responsive and a strategic partner that helps us challenge our thinking.

We are always impressed with the outcomes but the thought partner we have in this team is incredible. How they get work done is very impressive, everyone on their team is highly engaged and they help bring diverse perspectives to the problems we are trying to solve.

Collaborated on a new brand identity that celebrates the Salmon Nation bioregion we call home. Deliverables include:

• Deep dive to understand the history, concept, and spirit of Salmon Nation
• Design a brand architecture that encompasses several entities/initiatives that combined into a holistic whole
• Design and develop a compelling and user friend website introducing people to the idea and work of Salmon Nation

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• What had a compelling and flexible brand that helped tell the story of the idea that is Salmon Nation. We also launched a website and were able to received engagement from countless individuals and allowed us to show up as a formal organization with a strong story and brand recognition.

Evolve always delivered on time and really worked hard with us on a rather complicated story that was wanted to encapsulate into a brand. They rolled up their sleeves and dove in head first with us and came out with an incredible brand architecture that we love.
