We were impressed with their ability to understand the unique language and reasons to believe in our brand. It's very difficult to find a partner who can embed themselves into our brand just as well as our full-time team, but Kelly understood our needs, benefits, and key messages flawlessly. It's a pleasure to work with someone as attentive to our brand, and who also has such sound strategic recommendations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Evolvd Digital Marketing could have done differently?

An ongoing pulse-check of analytics for our new flows would be beneficial by month; this is something we reviewed from time to time, but placed a greater focus on completing the key objectives of our initial projects (as per our brief). So, as we continue working with Evolvd and moving from implementation to optimization + testing, a deeper dive into ongoing performance will be excellent.

After discussion, they created a template for customer updates as well as for people on our mailing list who we wanted to cultivate. Over the next few months they also created an email funnel (about 15 emails) and automated it with our website to cultivate new visitors as well as people on our existing mailing list.

Also provided advice on an overall digital marketing strategy.

In the first few months, we've seen a direct impact of working with Evolvd. We were able to grow our SMS list to our starting goal, and Email stats have increased across the board.

Workflow is smooth, easy, and seamless. They are extremely attentive; they listen to feedback and provide ideas and insights based on their experience. Edit requests are promptly attended to with a quick turnaround.

From strategy to design the workflow has been smooth and highly organized. We don't feel like "just a number" as we have felt with other agencies in the past.
