OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What specific goals or objectives did you hire EverREST to accomplish?
- – Rebuild how referrals move through Salesforce — consistent data capture, automated stage movement and clear handoffs from first introduction to a funded client.
- – Give our advisors and leadership real visibility: pipeline health, AUM and insurance tracking, advocate relationships and dashboards we can actually run the business from.
- – Automate the administrative work around meetings, tasks, email templates and interaction summaries so advisors spend their time with clients rather than in the CRM.
- – Connect Claude to Salesforce so advisors stop assembling client context by hand before every meeting and review.
- – Have a dependable support partner afterwards to fix issues, make changes and keep the platform stable.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
EverREST rebuilt how our practice runs on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and has supported it ever since. After a discovery phase that mapped our current and target processes, they delivered the work in eight epics across roughly six months: our referral pipeline was rebuilt with required data capture, automated stage movement, client-care assignment and a disqualification path; an advocate engagement programme was built with contact tiering, activity tracking and dashboards; AUM and insurance tracking was reworked so financial accounts, funding and transfer data, household rollups and expected-versus-actual values live in one place; email templates were migrated out of Outlook into Salesforce with personalisation, management and training; a full dashboard and reporting layer was built for advisors and leadership, including visual pipeline stages, pipeline health indicators and stalled-deal alerting; gift and centre-of-influence tracking was added with its own entry form and reporting; and interaction summaries were automated off meeting triggers through the client journey. Each epic went through sandbox build, QA, our UAT and a production deployment. Since then they have provided ongoing support on a monthly subscription, and separately connected Claude to our production Salesforce org with a data audit, compliance guardrails, a client intelligence profile structure and a costed plan for the next phase.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
– Close to 2,700 billable hours delivered since October 2025 across eight specialists — a full rebuild of our Financial Services Cloud org, not a series of small fixes.
– Eight epics designed, built, QA-tested and deployed to production in sequence, with regular releases from November 2025 onward rather than one risky big-bang go-live.
– Our referral pipeline now enforces the data we actually need and moves stages automatically, so records are consistent regardless of which advisor created them.
– Advisors and leadership have dashboards covering pipeline health, stalled deals, conversion, revenue and AUM, advocate tiers and gift tracking; reporting we simply did not have before. – Interaction summaries are now generated off meeting triggers through the client journey instead of being written from scratch each time.
– Around 24 support tickets have been raised, built, QA-tested and deployed since the support subscription started in May, at a predictable monthly cost.
– Claude was connected to our production Salesforce org on 23 July and verified on live client records, with deletes disabled and every write requiring advisor approval. Manual pre-meeting preparation had been costing the advisory team five to eight hours a week, and ten to fifteen in review season.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Their process is unusually disciplined for an engagement this size. Everything runs through a shared ClickUp board that we can see in real time: a request comes in, gets estimated in hours, and nothing starts until we approve it; with a standing arrangement that anything under two or three hours can start immediately so small fixes are not slowed by process. Urgent issues bypass the queue entirely. We get a short weekly status call and a written report showing exactly what was built, hours used against budget and what is coming next, plus a monthly business review.
They deliver what they commit to. The build ran in sprints with a demo at the end of each one, so we saw progress continuously and could redirect before anything was built the wrong way. Epics went to production on schedule, the Claude connector went live on our org on the date they said it would, and the discovery phase came in at the fixed price quoted. When budget was running low toward the end of a subscription cycle they told us before it became a problem rather than after, and when work needed to run outside the subscription they got that approved first.
What was your primary form of communication with EverREST?
- Virtual Meeting
- Email or Messaging App
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their honesty about the development cost and about what we actually needed was remarkable. When the scope we asked for turned out to be significantly more expensive than their earlier estimate, they said so directly in writing and explained why, rather than quietly folding the difference into a bigger number, and they kept a cheaper option on the table alongside it. When we asked them to improve our AI prompts, they came back and told us our prompts were not the problem; our data coverage was. That is not what a vendor billing by the hour usually says.
They also took our compliance position seriously without being asked twice. No client-facing AI, no autonomous actions, deletion disabled, every write attributed to a named advisor; the guardrails were designed in from the start. And everything they build sits in our own Salesforce org with no hosted dependency on them, which means we are not locked in. After close to a year of working together the same people are still on the account, which is why the context never has to be re-explained.
Lastly, their communication and team organziation is nothing like we have seen with other SF developers. They have nver missed a weekly update, or deadline that they sent. True accountability!
Are there any areas for improvement or something EverREST could have done differently?
No significant areas for improvement. EverREST has met our expectations throughout our engagement; responsive support, clear communication and work that holds up in testing. The overall collaboration and quality have been very good.
