I am the Owner of Stupell Industries

Describe what your company does in a single sentence.

We manufacture decorative wall art in our factory in the USA for e-commerce websites like Amazon, Wayfair, and Target.... We have over 70,000 images and 1.2 million SKUs. Since we strive to ship every item out that comes in before 2 p.m., we need a lot of automations and processes and APIs and AI and technology in place in order to do that, since we are clearly not inventorying a million items, we're printing it as soon as it comes in. 

The final consumer does not need to know all of that, but in order to give them beautiful product ASAP, all of this needs to be done in the background, and this is why I've needed developers to help me build many robust systems that otherwise didn't exist years ago.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Since it has been two years of working together, there is many, many things we've done together. I'm not sure how I would respond to this. 

But in the end the deliverable is a product that improves our ability to process orders faster or make decisions quicker or make sure that an existing automation that may have drifted is back and working properly.

50% reduction in manual processing time through automated workflows; 20% improvement in work efficiency; successful integration of SellerCloud, AirTable, UPS, FedEx resulting in automations working without human input

I will take a quote from a recent review I gave Eveonix on LinkedIn:

Around-the-Clock Service (Almost) 24/7 - 365: • A lot of the time, I must preface a message as “this is NOT urgent,” since I almost feel guilty about the rate at which he responds! Of course he has his time to himself, but he makes it very clear when he will be available (including weekends) and is able to take it to another level when he knows there is a big sense of urgency. 
Let’s just say he treats your projects and your business like it is his. He cares so much, and the real reward of working with him for the long run is that you see rapid improvement in his overall understanding of your business and project, and as a result, you both end up with a final product that is more polished than you even knew was possible.

Professional / ‘Thick Skin’ / Pleasant Words I Think Of with Naeem • Professional So many other developers just ‘say what you want to hear’ and are only looking out for themselves. Naeem is ethical in every sense of the word. He will admit if he made a mistake, he will be honest about his understanding of a concept — and you better believe that he will go above and beyond to master whatever is required of him to get the job done at the highest level. 
I have had to say ‘sorry’ on more than one occasion, as I have either been slightly rude, or put Naeem in an awkward situation when other Devs or team members got involved. Not once has he let it go to his head or made me feel bad about it. He understands that emotions get in the way sometimes, and he doesn’t take it personally. As a result, we waste very little time worrying about anything other than getting the job done right and as soon as possible.
My Favorite: Over and over I have been in a situation where I need to decide how to proceed with a particular project. I could offer it to someone else because they may specialize in the scope, or because Naeem already has a lot on his plate for me.
BUT, time and time again, I choose Naeem and Eveonix. He is just a gentleman, a friend, and what feels like a true business partner. In the end, I have also worked with other developers who may be sharp or may get the job done — but if you don’t enjoy working with them, then it is tough to keep a partnership going with them. That is NEVER the case with Naeem (and Eveonox).

Uncanny Ability to Adapt to Multiple Roles: • Sometimes I just need some advice or a suggestion to assess how to go about a particular project. He is willing to investigate ideas and evaluate them for me. He is not afraid to suggest I think twice about a project, even if it means “fewer billable hours” for him. • Usually, I am just working directly with Naeem, as that is our comfort zone.
But he is more than happy to co-develop on projects that require multiple people, and he is very good at working with my team members who may not be as advanced as I am when a project is placed in their lap. • Naeem is able to play the role of LEAD and allow me to just check in from time to time, but he is also very good at just sitting back and listening and waiting for my cue for him to dig in and fix/update whatever I have put together for him. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Eveonix could have done differently?

Any issues that have occurred during our hundreds of hours of work together have been addressed and improved on, or at least acknowledged so that nothing is a surprise in the future. This is not a concern.
