What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We measured the project based on a couple of items, Design, Education, and Value to the consumer. We understood this going into the project and the team understood this, They surprised us with the time it took them to create such vast detailed designs in the VR and AR space, which went hand in hand with the Blockchain project.

Each deligated agent was given assignments and the deliverables were given to use at the time of expected. We valued this as time is of the essence when dealing with marketing and the biggest surprise for our team is how fast the response time was. We work on in-the-moment areas and we needed a company that could respond the way they did.

The mobile app (iOS and Android) was designed to assist individuals to get help when in need (especially domestic violence situation, mental health). The app enables help resources to be accessible quickly and easily.

To reach out to as many individuals needing help and assistance to give access to resources and services.

How did you select Euphoria XR?

I searched for experienced companies online (on various project outsourcing platforms) with established projects, records in mobile app development (iOS and Android) expertise. Euphoria was select due to their previous work projects as well.

Vulnerable individuals have difficulties accessing resources and services online. The mobile app assisted individuals to search, access, and contact help services for domestic violence survivors.

What was the team composition?

Euphoria provided one project manager, two developers, and one UI designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Domestic Violence survivors previously had problems accessing the relevant help services within their community, but now they are able to search easily and have quick access to these services. The feedback for the users has been excellent and it is now easy to search for resources for help.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We got weekly updates from the project manager on the progress of the project. We were given proof of concept and demos along the way so as to stay on track with and requirements of the project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team was experienced and very knowledgeable on their scope of work and delivered the project within time schedule and budget.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Everything was smooth and progressed well. The team was able to manage changes as the project progressed.

We are a creative agency that specializes in immersive media projects: VR, AR, and 360 Video.

For what projects/services did your company hire Euphoria XR, and what were your goals?

We've worked with Euphoria on multiple occasions in the past to help support our own development efforts. We originally engaged with them to provide additional assistance to our own team's skills and bandwidth. We've worked with them on multiple virtual and augmented reality projects.

How did you select Euphoria XR and what were the deciding factors?

I met one of the companies founders while on an exchange program in Pakistan in late 2016. We met serval times while I was in Pakitan discussing everything from business to sports to politics. I choose to work with the team because they were hard-working, well educated, and committed to going the extra mile.

As mentioned, we've worked with Euphoria on multiple projects. They've helped us developed VR experiences for events, WebAR projects for consumer brands, and more. We handle all of the creative work here at our agency, and Euphoria supports on the development side. We're constantly impressed by their willingness to be flexible on our requests before throughout and after projects are completed.

I've mainly worked with Ali, the company's CEO. However, I've also had contact with project team leads and developers as well. They're transparent about who's doing what and are willing to let us speak/meet with basically anyone on the team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They've helped produce projects that had lead to millions of dollars in earned media, millions of social views, and more. However, the part that continuously impresses me, is their eagerness to work and 'get it right'. As it goes in the creative development world, projects rarely turn out exactly as they are planned. Many of the experiences we build are 'fluid'. They're willing to work with us in this capacity, and that is more valuable than I can even describe.

Lot's of Zoom calls and emails. We also leverage Trello quite a bit.

We've run into small communication errors in the past, but nothing major and to be expected working halfway around the world drop one another!

I’m the CEO and co-founder of InterApp, a creative technology company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Euphoria XR?

I was looking for a developer to help create and design an AR app solution for the printing and graphic design space.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They created an iOS and Android app. They also created a backend platform that connects the application to the website. When a user goes in and creates the content, it connects through a third-party service such as Unity and Vuforia to create image recognition. 

We had already crafted the UX/UI design, and we provided a creative brief. They were then able to take that concept and create their own wireframes and do the coding and implementation of the design.

What is the team composition?

I worked with a total of 4–5 people. I was originally in contact with the CEO. As he and I developed the idea, he started bringing in his other technicians to help craft and architect everything else we needed.

How did you come to work with Euphoria XR?

When my partner and I started this endeavor three years ago, we were online searching for developers to start this idea for us. My partner and I had this event we wanted to showcase the concept to and create an MVP. I came across their profile on Fiverr and their profile was labeled for AR development. After reading the reviews, I gained a little confidence in working with them. Plus, I knew I was fully backed by Fiverr if things didn’t work out.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $50,000–$200,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2017, and the work is ongoing. The app went live in March 2019. Once we got some feedback and qualified who our target audience was, we went in and did another iteration on the customer backend. The second version went live in October 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

More than 5,000 users have downloaded our Android app. On the creator side, we went from zero users to 200 users in 4–5 months. 

The team has enjoyed working with them because of their independence. We give them an idea and they can run with it and even make improvements on your original thought process. 

How did Euphoria XR perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is phenomenal. We used Trello, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Slides, and more. We were always up to date on their progress. As long as we outlined what we needed to be done, everything was completed on time and on budget.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re honest. We started this journey about three years ago and they weren’t the first contractor we came across. Every other developer that we contracted couldn’t produce results. They’d take our money and wouldn’t respond. That’s not the case with Euphoria XR. They’re honest and know what they’re doing. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I’m very satisfied. I haven’t had any disappointing moments working with them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Know what you want. Be definite in your idea. They can take anything and run with it but if you’re more clear on what you want and your end goal, the process will go a lot smoother and quicker. There were times where we weren’t sure what we wanted and that kind of delayed things because they’re trying to figure out what we wanted.

My advice would be to get a contract in place with a deadline.
