I am the Talent Specialist for X2X, my position focuses on recruitment globally as well as EDI, retention and onboarding.

We were looking to expand our current teams as part of a push to bring out the .next version of our software. We had been working with other agencies and struggling to fill positions in the busy Hungarian market at the time.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online and met with several companies before deciding to move forward with EU Developers. Their experience in the technical field we were working in as well as knowledge of the market in Hungary and specifically the Budapest area was excellent and the fact it is a family business appealed to the values of X2X.

I don't think so, we struggled to find candidates somewhat but I think this is more related to market availability than the work being put in from them.
