I am the Talent Specialist for X2X, my position focuses on recruitment globally as well as EDI, retention and onboarding.

For what projects/services did your company hire euDevelopers, and what were your goals?

We were looking to expand our current teams as part of a push to bring out the .next version of our software. We had been working with other agencies and struggling to fill positions in the busy Hungarian market at the time.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online and met with several companies before deciding to move forward with EU Developers. Their experience in the technical field we were working in as well as knowledge of the market in Hungary and specifically the Budapest area was excellent and the fact it is a family business appealed to the values of X2X.

Meetings prior to hiring with engineering managers to discuss technical scope of roles in depth as well as meetings with HR to go through process

We worked with both Sandor and Alex who were submitting CV's to us

I don't think so, we struggled to find candidates somewhat but I think this is more related to market availability than the work being put in from them.
