We are a healthcare system with two anchor hospitals.

What challenge were you trying to address with eThree Media?

We've worked with them for the past twenty years. They're our go-to agency for all of our audio and video needs.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The last project we worked on included drone shots of various locations for a video they produced. It was a difficult project, as we hoped to put together a general overview of our market. The script called for several moving shots of our facility, as well as other shots that captured the economics of our region.

The shots were very difficult to get, some of which were in restricted zones. They navigated all the obstacles, and they were very good producers. They made sure we had clearance from all the companies and areas we filmed, and the project was very effective. Other projects they’ve worked on include television commercials, internal corporate videos, and anthem videos, all of which are successful.

What is the team composition?

I communicate directly with one of their leaders. On the day of the shoot, there may be several other people involved, from a director of photography, a gaffer, or a grip. Those roles change based on the scope of the project at hand.

How did you come to work with eThree Media?

I met them a long time ago through an advertising federation. Our main contact used to work for them, which is where he first came to our attention.

How much have you invested with them?

The last project cost between $15,000-$20,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The most recent collaboration took place around March-May 2019. I pulled together all the information we needed before the shoot, and their involvement took a little over a month.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The video had a very specific purpose for our bond rating company. We hoped to communicate our market share and the economic growth in our area. We're still waiting on the results. We've had tremendous success with previous video projects. Some of our internal solicitation campaigns help sustain our technology and development. All of those campaigns perform well.

How did eThree Media perform from a project management standpoint?

They're great project managers, and they always ask the right questions. They bring in all our projects under budget and at very reasonable rates. They have a stronger skillset than any other agency in our region.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We have a wonderful working relationship with them, and they do well by all of their clients.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve their accessibility. Their schedule is always rather limited, and our projects tend to happen with a very quick turnaround time. That has presented challenges in the past few years, but they always go out of their way to help us meet our deadlines, even if we work nights or weekends.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Sit down with them and go over your project. They give terrific advice, and they will make recommendations to make any project more cost-efficient.

Please describe your company and your position there.

Bridgestone is the world's largest manufacturer of tires and rubber. My focus is on the Off-the-Road industry refining and building the Bridgestone and Firestone OTR Brands in line with the company’s overall business strategy as a Brand Marketing lead.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire eThree Media?

eThree Media was hired to shoot out new product launch of Firestone off-the-road tires. The shoot also included aerial footage and stills. The conditions were ever changing with multiple locations in quarries and job sites throughout Texas.

What were your goals for this project?

Capture the versatility of our new product range of tires in different terrains under multiple weather conditions.

How did you select this vendor?

I have personally worked with eThree Media for over a decade, in projects ranging from product launches, to commercial, to digital content. Their all-in-one approach has made it easy for me to deliver the brief and expect the results written on it.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.

Most of the shoot done with E3 have revolved around construction/mining equipment, that take places at quarries and job site. The latest project for Bridgestone included showcasing a new tire being launched to market. The difficulty in this shoot included changing terrain and weather, permits and the flexibility needed to shoot at an active jobsite.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

We followed a creative process that required check-ins and certain deliverables set by target dates. E3's communication and attention to detail is part of the reason we work well together.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Files are always delivered on time and when working post, they tend to execute the requests on the first attempt.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Open communication and talented staff made it easy to effectively complete the tasks.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The fact they are big enough to compete with many of the larger outfits, but they are small enough to care. Their sense of urgency is phenomenal.

Are there any areas for improvement?

A calendar with access to their availability would be helpful in ensuring we have enough time to coordinate a project.
