We undertook a comprehensive project to integrate WooCommerce with NetSuite using Celigo’s integrator.io platform. This integration aimed to streamline order management, enhance inventory accuracy, and automate data synchronization to address the challenges our growing e-commerce business faced. 

We also set up real-time inventory synchronization to maintain accurate stock levels across WooCommerce and NetSuite. Consolidated customer data from WooCommerce into NetSuite to create a unified customer profile and integrated financial data to ensure accurate sales, revenue, and expense reporting.

Integrating barcode scanning for comprehensive asset tracking across its lifecycle, from customer receipt to warehouse management. This includes setting up alerts for maintenance needs and integrating asset data into operational documents.

Financially, the project includes creating robust reports supporting both local and base currencies, alongside developing dashboards for enhanced operational insights. Additionally, modules for VAT, taxation, and e-invoicing compliance will be implemented, along with functionality to prevent transaction back-dating.

Integration of sales orders with CRM and customization of reports to meet specific business needs are also pivotal in streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency across the organization

The measurable outcomes from the NetSuite ERP implementation at our company included:

What was the scope of their involvement?

ERP Peers customized our vendor statements and saved searches. The main reports they delivered were related to vendor bills, credit notes, payments saved searches, and the vendor statement customization and saved search. As per my request, the expense accounts and the paid invoice number via bill payment were added to the vendor statement.
