Are there any areas for improvement or something Equinox Dynamics LDA could have done differently?

Overall, we were very satisfied with the collaboration. If there is one area for improvement, it would be providing even more frequent updates with smaller progress checkpoints. While the reporting was clear and helpful, having shorter interim updates could make it easier to track every small change in real time.
