I’m the co-founder and CEO of an event marketing platform that helps businesses manage partner events and measure ROI, eliminating the need for spreadsheets.

When branding our new startup, we wanted to represent our company as modern.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Entertact was the complete package, delivering our brand logo, style guide, full website structure and design, and our investor pitch deck. The team also worked with us to have usable UI/UX elements consistent on our website and app. Entertact delivered the full code, animations, and designs needed to launch on Webflow.

We received positive feedback about our brand and the look and feel of all design elements. We're now prepared to go public and start pitching investors with our new look.

• Information Architecture: Entertact helped us define the structure and flow of information within the product, ensuring a clear and intuitive user experience.
• Wireframing: They created low-fidelity wireframes to map out the layout and functionality of screens and interactions.
• Prototyping: Entertact developed interactive prototypes in Figma, allowing us to test and refine the user flow and design elements.
• Visual Design: They created high-fidelity mockups, applying branding guidelines and visual style to ensure a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing design.

Increased User Engagement:

• Higher average time spent on the website/app: This indicates users are finding the content more engaging and are spending more time interacting with it.
• Increased session duration: Similar to above, longer session durations suggest users are exploring more of the website/app and find it enjoyable.
• Lower bounce rate: A lower bounce rate suggests users are finding the content relevant and are not immediately leaving after landing on a page.

Improved User Satisfaction:

• Higher customer satisfaction ratings: This could be through surveys, feedback forms, or reviews, indicating users are pleased with the overall experience.
• Reduced support tickets: A decrease in support tickets related to UI/UX issues indicates a smoother and more intuitive user experience.

• entertact employed an Agile project management methodology, which allowed for flexibility and adaptability throughout the project.

• They were also very responsive to our feedback, adjusting the design based on our suggestions and incorporating our input throughout the process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

entertact's ability to seamlessly blend user-centered design principles with innovative visual elements impresses me. They were able to create a truly engaging user experience that not only met our functional needs but also exceeded our expectations in terms of visual appeal and overall polish.

Are there any areas for improvement or something entertact could have done differently?

While I was very satisfied with Entertact's overall work, I did notice that the initial design iterations lacked some of the key features we had discussed in the discovery phase. This led to a few rounds of revisions to incorporate those features. I believe that Entertact could benefit from a more detailed pre-design documentation phase to ensure that all essential requirements are fully understood and captured before the design process begins.
