I’m the general manager of an IT services firm called Pixales.

As an IT services firm, we often need to find new talents that specialize in software development. Hence, we work with Enroute Business Solutions to provide us with resources with specific skills that we don’t have.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They knew that the project was urgent, so they started working right away once they figured out the costs and understood all of the requirements.

What was the team composition?

We work with about 10 people from their side; all of them are senior developers, and one of them is in charge of consultancy. We’re mainly in contact with their CEO.

How did you come to work with Enroute Business Solutions?

They contacted us and offered their services via email. At the time, we didn’t have the need for them, but when we did, we decided to contact their team to negotiate. I had three options to choose from, but we decided to go with Enroute Business Solutions because they responded to us immediately and positively.

We’ve spent about $1,200 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Enroute Business Solutions in February 2023, and it is an ongoing collaboration.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our most important metric is speed. We had worked with another agency in the past, and they needed 40 hours of development and about three weeks to finish the project. Meanwhile, for this project, Enroute Business Solutions has already done everything in just half of that time.

How did Enroute Business Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very flexible in adjusting to our schedule, and they understand our needs quickly. We communicate mostly using Google Meet and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with their work speed and ability to deliver precise outputs.

They should use more formal communication channels, such as Slack.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Keep in mind that they are based in India, so in terms of scheduling, you will have some time differences and have to communicate with them in English. If that’s not your language, then communication could be a challenge.
