We hired Enfold to create a go-to-market strategy and execute a full-funnel campaign for a joint venture with Microsoft. Since we were launching in a completely new market — both geographically and demographically — we needed a partner who could move fast, think proactively, and validate our concept through data-driven experimentation and execution.

Before the official start date, Enfold asked for access to all relevant tools — paid media platforms, product analytics, and CRM — so they could hit the ground running. The kickoff call included their full team and our key stakeholders, and their line of questioning not only accelerated onboarding, but also led to strategic changes in how we positioned and structured the product pre-launch.
The scope included one month of go-to-market strategy and three months of campaign execution. This covered:
- Channel setup across Meta, LinkedIn, Search, and Programmatic
- Creative production (ads, emails, SMS, landing pages)
- Implementation of a lifecycle marketing (LCM) solution
- Market segmentation and audience planning
- Daily campaign optimization and weekly reporting

Enfold didn’t just drive new user acquisition — they also owned the full engagement funnel. They proposed and implemented a lifecycle engagement strategy to increase activation and learning completion rates, ultimately improving long-term ROI.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were very satisfied with the outcome. The campaigns exceeded our KPIs for learner signups and completions, which was essential for unlocking further rollout in new markets. Enfold’s ability to deliver without heavy involvement on our end was a game-changer — especially given how much internal bandwidth we were dedicating to onboarding the users their campaigns brought in.

Enfold communicated with clarity and structure. They kept us aligned on priorities, timelines, and next steps without overwhelming us with unnecessary detail. Not really, since they met and went above my expectations. As a result we've since engaged Enfold for our GTM strategies in other markets and plan to continue working with them long-term. We see them not just as a service provider, but as a true strategic partner.

We needed to bolster the capabilities of our lifecycle marketing team, unlocking the technical expertise needed to build more personalized campaigns, improve our scalability, and solve complex problems facing the team.

Enfold is a consistent partner integrated with our team. They help us identify problems, optimize our tech stack, and develop complex campaigns across email, pop-ups, push notifications, and SMS. They touch every aspect of our lifecycle marketing team and support us on a wide variety of initiatives.

For example, Enfold has helped us set up our SMS program and build highly technical and personalized campaigns around Black Friday, Month In Review campaigns, and much more. The team also helps us evaluate new tools for our tech stack and solve problems as they arise. Enfold is also pivotal in helping set up journeys and tests for new and existing initiatives like advanced labs, onboarding, and feature launches.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Enfold has developed new programs for us, helped launch new features and products, and addressed countless complex technical problems proactively and retroactively. Overall, they've increased our team's capability, efficiency, and adaptability immensely. For example, we're now able to tackle testing quicker and faster across all campaigns. We can also decrease the time we're blocked by technical issues and personalize, localize, and automate our campaigns more and more.

We’re an information technology company recognized for developing the #1 medical application among U.S. physicians for clinical content, practice tools, and health industry engagement at the point of care with a network of more than 1 million loyal healthcare professionals.

We needed help with various marketing initiatives, specifically a team to come in an re-desgin/rebuild our the entire business information/about epocrates web site.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Enfold has redesigned our marketing business pages, including the design and copy. The team has also built the pages on our new web platform (Webflow) and created all other necessary web integrations to relaunch our website. Enfold is still involved in managing our website and making updates as needed.

Enfold has walked us through web designs with the final goal of relaunching our website. We just launched a few weeks ago, so we haven’t had a chance to look at metrics yet. However, we’re tracking metrics such as increased traffic, engagement, and lead generation. We’ve received great feedback from all of Epocrates that the new website design is great.

Enfold has delivered on time and is very patient with our unfortunate time delays originating on our end. We communicate via virtual meetings.
