Ember Assembly worked with us across our website, branding, and social media presence. They redesigned and developed our website from the ground up, including the structure, UX/UI, responsive design, and presentation of our medical services. They also helped us create a more consistent visual identity and apply it across our digital channels. On the social media side, they developed the content direction, designed the visual assets, and continue to support us with ongoing content planning and management. The overall goal was to create a more professional and cohesive digital presence for the clinic while making our services easier for patients to understand.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The new website has become a consistent source of new patient inquiries. We regularly receive contact form submissions from people who found us online and want to learn more about our services or book a consultation.

Their project management was very organized and transparent throughout the entire process. We had regular in-person meetings during the website project and were consistently kept up to date on progress, next steps, and any decisions that needed to be made. They were responsive to feedback and delivered everything as agreed. For social media, the collaboration is ongoing. We have a weekly meeting with their project manager to review content, discuss upcoming topics, and align on priorities, which makes the process very easy to follow and keeps everything moving consistently.
