We have two brands. For one brand, we had created automated email flows with another company that needed to be updated. For our second brand, we needed to create the automated email flow program from scratch. So, we started with updating our existing email program and then used that as the template for the other brand.

The outcomes were to complete the assignments: update a set of automated email flows for one brand and create them for another.

I am the co-owner of this VICI Wellness and we produce and formulate natural health and wellness products for everyday challenges.

For what projects/services did your company hire Emailtize?

We were looking for someone initially to re-do our automated emails for win-backs, re-orders, etc... and after that decided to extend our work with them to include everyday email marketing and SMS marketing.

How did you select this vendor?

We were already working with them on the first project and enjoyed them and the work, so we decided to extend and build out the work to be overall inclusive for our email and sms marketing needs.

Design and implementing emails for win-backs, re-orders, abandoned carts etc... and after that decided to extend our work with them to include everyday email marketing and SMS marketing.

What was the team composition?

We work closely with Klaudia. She communicates her designs and ideas for our approval and also has a monthly calendar of the ideas for the next month.
