Elogic Commerce started by taking a deep dive into our website to figure out where we could improve performance. We kicked things off with a few meetings to discuss our goals and make sure we were all on the same page. After that, they got to work auditing our site, looking at things like load times, mobile responsiveness, and overall performance.
Once they had a clear picture, they went ahead with various optimizations. This included refining the code, compressing images, and enhancing the server to speed things up. We had weekly follow up meetings, daily communication in Slack and used ActiveCollab for task management. We also have had dedicated process meetings for planning, discovery and demo.
