Elogic has worked on at least three of our customers’ projects. The team has helped us with backend development on Magento and WooCommerce. We’re responsible for the UX/UI part and they’re responsible for the development part.

At the start of the engagement, we needed to create the technical assignment for our projects. We relied on them a lot for their backend development expertise, and together, we created the assignment which would satisfy both the design and development expectations of our customer. 

They also provided the project management of the whole development process. The three projects are now finished and delivered to the customer but they still supply support and maintenance.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re very happy working with Elogic. They deliver the same quality and time expectations that we have on the project. All the feedback we get is positive. The second and third project was from the same big customer — they were definitely a satisfied customer because they ordered the next project again.

The team was always online and very responsive to every message. They met deadlines. The deadlines included customer feedback implementation. 

We used Jira, Skype, and Telegram. We’ve also used a tool for the communication between the designers and developers.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The management system is the best part of the engagement. They also have very strong and fast-responding project managers. They responded even during non-working hours. The development is stable, like it should be.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could maybe expand in order to motivate us to give them even more projects than we currently do. They’re not limited by their size but if we work with them, we try to be gradual. Maybe in the future, just to assure us that we can scale the teams when we work on big projects in order to not just create one project at a time but several projects in a row.

Give all your requirements as detailed as possible from the new customer side in order for Elogic to understand your needs and expectations as much as possible.

What challenge were you trying to address with Elogic Commerce?

As an e-commerce consultant, solutions require development work from time to time. I’m in the position to provide options for service providers to clients. I was supposed to choose partners for clients. This project required a Magento 1 to Magento 2 migration.

What was the scope of their involvement?

My client was a big fashion retailer with a Magento 1 website that had significant monthly traffic. They wanted to migrate from Magento 1 to Magento 2. They had a team that worked in Magento 1 and didn’t want to stop their efforts. Elogic Commerce handled the migration because their team had expertise with Magento.

I reviewed a Magento directory and searched Google. I found two options but out of those options, Elogic Commerce had the strongest Magento 1 to Magento 2 offer. After that, I pulled up some information in the Magento directory because it was important that their team was certified.

We started the project in December 2018, and it wrapped up in March 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

There’s a significant improvement in the site’s performance. The average session duration improved as well as the overall conversions. We expect the conversions to be 20% higher with the Magento 2 build than with the Magento 1 build. There are many factors contributing to the site's improvements such as site speed and design.

How did Elogic Commerce perform from a project management standpoint?

We had stand up calls every other week and reviews every other two weeks. We also had a general call with the client every month. This was the first project that I didn’t have to intrude upon to make any changes with project management and I’ve been in this space for six years. It was fantastic.

What did you find most impressive about them?

When I chose them, they had a great phrase such as great work requires great engineers. Elogic Commerce is focused on Magento, so they’re great with Magento. We looked into companies with different capabilities but the fact that their team was committed to Magento and offered straightforward expertise were the reasons that we chose them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They listened to our feedback, which was valuable. In the beginning, they didn’t have DevOps teammates but during our commitment, they hired someone.

The most important factor is to have precise communication in the beginning to set clear expectations. If it’s figured out at the beginning, they’ll set high expectations.

We first had a kickoff call to properly understand the client's needs, and the Elogic guys really showed their insight both technically from a Magento perspective and business wise, as they're e-commerce experts. They quickly came back with a proposal, and once that was approved they got to work.

There were a few unforeseen complications with the end client's Magento setup and unusual payment solutions used on their store, but eventually it worked and the guys were very professional and responsive to get the little things fixed.

We had one Magento developer assigned as a main contact who took care of everything on Elogic's side. We were aware of there being a team but not sure of its composition.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The most important factor for my business is happy clients - positive feedback and repeat business. It wasn't an easy project, but these main aims were achieved because the client has come back for more.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

This project wasn't huge, so a dedicated PM wasn't needed. Communication was managed through Skype and was effective enough.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Easy to get started. They only accept jobs that they know that they can do, and are good at managing expectations. If there's a problem to resolve, then the owner is approachable and pragmatic. All good.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Maybe to make the proposals and reporting more thorough. This was quite a small project though, so not too much need for bureaucracy.

Since we began our engagement, we've rapidly increased the Google page speed scores. The revenue from our site has almost tripled since eLogic Commerce started working on it. 

They've improved everything about it in general, especially the usability. We haven't seen any warning signs that anything has gone wrong at all.

From a project management standpoint, eLogic Commerce has had an amazing performance. I would give them full marks in this area.

Production times are much faster because of the optimization, not only on our website but also in our warehouse. Our sales are growing because everything works better and faster.

From a communication standpoint, they have been perfect. We primarily communicate via Redmine, a task manager. My company is pleased with Elogic Commerce's responsiveness and documentation.

We wanted to expand our business online with an e-commerce website. Because we target a niche market, we wanted a solution to help customers see how our sockets fit into their interior. We engaged Elogic Commerce to build a Magento platform for our business.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We set up a call with Elogic Commerce to describe our business challenge and requirements and to see how they would approach the project. Elogic Commerce supplied us with a brief of the design. Their design team then created mockups and sketches of the design. After that, we defined the technical scope.

Elogic Commerce first built a visual configuration tool; it allows customers to upload a photo of a room and see how one of our sockets fits into their interior. The feature needed to be fast and user-friendly, which required extra care from their developer team. Elogic Commerce also linked our CRM platform—which contains all of our products’ prices—to a European price conversion system. That way we could easily adjust our prices depending on our customers’ locations and the latest currency values. Lastly, they developed a filter module to sort through our products easily on our web store.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Elogic was responsible for a new B2B ecommerce ordering platform built on Adobe Commerce (Magento). Their team handled the platform development and designed the integration architecture connecting the storefront with Microsoft Dynamics 365. The scope included building the distributor ordering portal, implementing account-based access and pricing rules, and synchronizing product data, inventory levels, and order flows between the ecommerce platform and the ERP system. The UI was developed from scratch based on UX concepts defined during the strategy phase to support fast ordering, repeat purchases, and efficient procurement workflows for wholesale buyers.

The introduction of the portal significantly simplified the ordering workflow for distributors and reduced the amount of manual work required internally. With the ecommerce platform connected directly to Microsoft Dynamics 365, product information, pricing, and order data now remain synchronized across systems. Data consistency between platforms is maintained at roughly 99.8%, while improved product information workflows reduced manual catalog management work by around 40%.

One of our retail clients needed a full migration to Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) — it wasn’t a straightforward project. Their existing store was outdated, hard to manage, and completely disconnected from their ERP. We needed a partner with real hands-on SFCC experience who could handle complexity without handholding. That’s where Elogic Commerce came in.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Elogic Commerce has provided full SFCC implementation, including storefront setup, catalog and pricing configuration, customer account functionality, and a full ERP integration for automated order and inventory sync. The scope has evolved a few times during the project as the client’s requirements have become clearer. Each time, Elogic Commerce has been transparent about what the change means for the timeline and budget, and we’ve worked through it without drama. The team has also handled performance optimization.

After the main implementation phase, Elogic Commerce ran training sessions with the client’s merchandising and operations teams ahead of the go-live. The training was tailored to how they’ll actually use the platform day-to-day, not generic walkthroughs. The plan is to keep Elogic Commerce on in a support capacity post go-live as well.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The ERP integration has eliminated manual order processing entirely. The client’s operations team was spending a significant chunk of their week on that before. The merchandising team can now manage the catalog, pricing, and promotions independently without involving developers, which was one of the core goals from the start. Page load performance is also noticeably better compared to the old platform. We’re still in the final stages, but the results are already visible, and the client is happy with where things are heading.

We haven’t done a formal audit yet, but from what the client’s team has shared informally, order processing that used to take a few hours of manual work per day is now handled automatically. The operations team has already noticed the difference in their daily workload. On the performance side, we ran speed tests comparing the old platform and the new one during UAT, and the improvement was significant.

How did Elogic Commerce perform from a project management standpoint?

Overall, their project management is solid. We’ve had weekly syncs throughout the project, and our questions rarely go unanswered for long. What I’ve appreciated most is that when things get complicated mid-project — scope questions, timeline pressure — the project manager stays reachable and deals with issues directly rather than going quiet. That’s not something you can take for granted.

Honestly, how they handle the harder moments is impressive. It’s easy to work well with a client when everything is smooth; the real test is when the scope shifts or timelines get tight. Elogic Commerce stays communicative, deals with issues directly, and doesn’t oversell what’s realistic. SFCC max’s knowledge is a big part of why the technical side goes smoothly — he flagged a data mapping issue early that would have been genuinely painful to fix post-launch.

There’s nothing major they need to improve. If anything, their availability can be tight given how in-demand they are, but that’s a good sign.
