They developed the project and content-building tools to structure interactive journeys with steps, scenes, quizzes, and branching logic, alongside a full multimedia asset library to upload, organise, and reuse video, audio, images, and documents. They also delivered the end-user experience with mobile-first playback and smooth access via links/QR codes, added baseline reporting for engagement and completion tracking, and ensured the platform was integration-ready through APIs/webhooks where required. Throughout, they provided QA, bug fixes, performance improvements, and ongoing enhancements, adapting quickly as requirements evolved.

The project delivered a working, production-ready IQEX platform that enabled us to create, publish, and run interactive experiences end-to-end, with reliable mobile access via links/QR codes and a clear structure for multimedia content, quizzes, and branching logic. As a result, we significantly improved our speed to build and update experiences, reduced manual admin by centralising project, user, and asset management, and gained better visibility through baseline engagement and completion tracking. The team also proved the solution’s scalability and reliability by supporting ongoing development, they consistently implemented changes efficiently even as requirements and scope evolved. We now have a growing userbase and are building new ways to use the IQex platform with great feedback from early adopters.

Their project management was organised and transparent, with clear milestones, regular updates, and fast feedback loops that kept everything moving. I manage the project day-to-day and we run everything through chat and Jira to track tasks and stay on target; my wider team also interacts with them daily, and communication is so smooth it genuinely feels like they’re in the same building. Yes, they delivered key items on time, and when priorities shifted they handled re-scoping and re-ordering work sensibly so progress never stalled. They were consistently responsive to our needs, proactive with solutions, and handled frequent scope changes calmly and efficiently.

What impressed me most was how seamlessly they integrated into my team — communication is effortless, they take ownership, and they work with the same pace and care as in-house staff, even when priorities shift and the scope changes. On top of that, after working together for years they genuinely feel like friends as well as trusted partners, which makes the whole collaboration even stronger.

If anything, the only area that can be challenging at times is troubleshooting physical, real-world edge cases on mobile devices—where an unexpected result can happen due to device-specific behaviour. That’s largely down to us not always anticipating every testing scenario up front, and it’s a small price to pay for working with such a wonderful team who are always quick to help diagnose and resolve issues when they arise.

Before they started on the project we had 0 rides trough the website, but after 2 month we had like 10 rides per day

MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js. The product is a league-based trading game that includes its own trading order book with market and limit orders and live price feeds.

I primarily communicate the scope of works with my main contact Sundeep, but I have also worked closely with other employees at Ellocent Labs.

Crypto Leagues is an on-going project which has not yet been completed. Ellocent Labs has delivered exactly what was agreed upon - even as requirements and the scope of works changed during development.

We keep in contact on a daily basis and use Trello to keep track of the development and review specific tasks, before testing.

Ellocent labs is very customer-oriented and it is always easy to get in touch with one of the developers. When you work with Ellocent Labs, you are guaranteed that the company will deliver what was promised.

Not really, no. The team is very flexible. Something I experienced first-hand as the scope of this project changed throughout the development stages.

The communication was amazing. I didn't imagine that our communication with Ellocent Labs would work that great because of the huge time-zone difference. Ellocent Labs delivered a great sprint document that listed all the deadlines and work details so we knew exactly what they were going through. It provided us with a great overview of the whole work-flow.
