This was a personal project whereby I agree to participate on generative AI in my line of work, specifically claims management in the corporate insurance industry. I am not an expert in this field but Jeff Green at Elisha Telecom provided me with the vital facts that enabled me to approach and present the topic with ease.

Elisha Telecom installed and configured our on-premise IP-PBX Solution and also provided IDD calling via its ETPBX hosted cloud service. System was connected to our Customer Relationship Management System.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our phone lines were successfully connecting to the various extensions. CRM was able to capture information from the IP-PBX.

Elisha Telecom Ltd. was very professional in the deployment of the project. All project milestones were met or delivered earlier than expected. Specific requests we made were addressed and technical support is always readily available over the ten plus years we have been using their system.

Very technically competent. They have a in-depth knowledge of IP Telephony as well as Software Developent.
