They delivered, on time, within budget and were flexible in accepting modifications to requirements and changing the app based on feedback.  Having all the mockups completed on time was key to getting the development going in a structured and efficient way, with brand consistency and user-centered design.

They also made sure to engage us actively during the feedback process, ensuring that we were part of every key decision.

The speed in which they are able to complete work and the highly organized structure they use when working.  Clearly the most organized and prepared design firm we have worked with. Their highly collaborative approach and their focus on delivering not only design but also a seamless UX. Additonally, they went beyond the scope by providing good suggestions for product strategies and to assist us with marketing initiatives.  

Are there any areas for improvement or something Eleven Space could have done differently?

Our overall experience with ElevenSpaces was highly positive. They delivered on all their commitments and met our expectations. One area where I feel there could have been more value added is in providing push-back on some of the predefined user journeys. A more proactive approach in questioning and refining the user flow before diving into design would have been beneficial.

Additionally, collaborating more closely on user edge cases and various user behaviors would have ensured a more seamless UX. However, we specifically asked them not to focus on this aspect, and I understand the rationale behind not challenging those points. Their design execution and responsiveness were exceptional.

ElevenSpaceis doing product design for us, including design ideas, preliminary system analysys, direction, and production. They built and designed the app for our client. To start, they consulted and performed a system analysis on what our current designs lacked. 

Then we had another session to decide on what approach we wanted to take. After we finalized benchmarks and determined the best design approach, we started to finalize various sketches of each type of page and service that we wanted to provide. 

Then we started going into the UI elements, including the colors, the features, and how it’d look. Our teams collaborated on the project. We had the colors and the branding from our side already. From their side, they provided the finishing touches and the guides. They cleaned everything up, making it more modern and up to our standards.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

For now, we have completed more than 10 design sprints, and in 99% of cases, the screens have been delivered on time. As for the quality of work, we typically receive no more than 1-2 comments from our front-end team during backlog planning or daily meetings that would require returning a design task back to "ToDo." I consider this to be an extremely positive indication.

Their project management skills were great, always delivering updates on time & reacting to our feedback in mere minutes. They ended up completing the project in a timely manner, earlier than our estimation.

We partnered with Eleven Space to improve the overall conversion rate within the Reasig mobile app. Our main objectives were to simplify how users identify and choose the right insurance products while ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience throughout the app. At the same time, we aimed to elevate the UI to a modern fintech standard.

Eleven Space has been responsible for the end-to-end redesign of the Reasig mobile application. The scope includes improving the existing product while preserving key functional elements that are already familiar to users.Eleven Space’s work focuses on redefining the overall user experience, introducing a more intuitive navigation structure, and elevating the visual design to a modern fintech standard. Although the redesigned experience hasn’t been fully implemented, our collaboration with Eleven Space has already delivered strong, measurable progress at the product level. Through user testing, internal analysis, and prototype validation, we’ve identified and addressed key friction points in the existing flows, especially in the insurance discovery and purchase journey. The new UX significantly simplifies how users navigate, understand, and select products.In testing sessions, over 85%–90% of users have been able to successfully complete core tasks. Moreover, during usability testing and prototype validation, we’ve observed a clear improvement in user perception and feedback.

Eleven Space’s process is well-structured, with clear communication and good alignment on priorities. Our team is also actively involved, which helps ensure efficient decision-making and smooth progress. This close collaboration allows us to stay on track and meet agreed timelines.
