As a new start-up consultancy, Eleven were engaged at inception to take full strategic lead on brand identity delivering a comprehensive Brand Tool Kit. In addition, we worked closely with Eleven to develop our core sales materials and templating, receiving both design and strategic inputs.

Eleven's ability to deliver exceptional ideas and add value beyond what you just see on the page. Ben (Founder & Creative Director) and his team are compelling story tellers and the design work to accompany is just as impressive. As a new consultancy, we were not only delivered our product, but engaged and educated along the journey. The value added helped shape our approach in building out many other areas of our business and will no doubt guide our future approach.

Responsible for all Future PLC's consumer revenues business, across 100 digital and print magazine brands. Look after acquisition, retention, product, operations, partnerships and new product development.

For what projects/services did your company hire Eleven?

Various: 1- script writing. Our customer service function was in desperate need of improving after seeing stagnant improvements in our customer satisfaction performance, and seeing our current scripts prompting repeat contact.

Eleven delivered a comprehensive overhaul of our scripts which delivered a 7pp improvement in CSAT within 4 weeks of launch and directly contributed to 9% reduction in repeat contact over the same period. 2- overhaul of our acquisition marketing creative and improved efficiency of creative delivery, looking after multiple brands and creative format.
