I'm the owner of Wave Wyld Media, a consulting and educational company based on TikTok marketing.

We hired Elena for Instagram social media management, and content strategy. She was responsible for engagement, hashtag strategy, writing captions, graphics and responding to comments. She also helped to make dynamic story posts and we had bi weekly content planning sessions.

Elena was very flexible with our needs and budget. She understood the brand and was easy to communicate with.

We had an initial consultation (free of charge) and then once hired we started on content strategy with a 60 min meeting and questionnaire to get a sense of my business and brand messaging. We communicated daily through Instagram on changing needs until the project was finished.

Our Instagram was more consistent and got further reach through hashtags and shares. We grew our Instagram account with out paid ads approximately 3,000 followers in 3 months.

We met bi weekly to develop the content strategy and spoke daily through messaging for any last minute changes.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Elena is very personable, friendly, accommodating and easy to work. She took action fast when I was short on time and followed up on any unanswered questions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The one-man team has gone above and beyond to fulfill its duties. We appreciate her time, efforts and would highly recommend her.

I've gain valuable followers in my niche. Elena Catherine Media has been giving me essential tricks to attract the right audience. Also, she's been quite good at respecting my learning process.

Maybe do a list of whats trending right now (effects in reels, most popular songs to use, ect)
