We were developing a bookstore website and needed help with the custom card ordering function. Users should be able to upload their own photos and edit them with a wide range of pre-made templates, fonts and icons to create customized cards. The final design will then be ordered to print and ship to the customer address. As for administrators, they should be able to manage orders and the associated logistics.

The website uses PHP language and Laravel framework, with VueJS and Canvas in the front-end and MySQL as the database management system.

• As a fixed-price project, Ekoios is responsible for delivering all pre-defined features of the custom card feature within 2 months, with source code and instruction manual included, and follow up with any post-launch maintenance or performance upgrade. The feature's functions include: Card customization Card template management Card ordering Admin dashboard Order management

Ekoios took an agile approach that streamlined the development process into sprints, and managed to deliver the complete project in an impressive time frame of only 6 weeks. The assigned project manager was extremely attentive to our requirements and feedback. He conducted daily progress updates on our shared Jira, and weekly meetings on Google Meet to optimize the action plan and address any potential issues.

Their biggest strengths were their customer-centric approach and flexibility. Their management is very lean & agile. We get weekly reports via email, and communication was done via Slack. For any questions or concerns we have, Ekoios was quick to reply in just a few hours.

I am most impressed with their commitment to timely delivery and quality control. The end product we received was earlier than expected and completely error-free.

Having the core functions ready, they were able to add our required features for testing within just one week, which was very impressive to me! The UX/UI was practical to users and inclusive of all functions as well.

We were given a sheet where we could input all the data for the claiming. Of course they would be so kind to jump on a meeting with us and explain us in detail what we needed to enter and what to watch out for. They also helped us to check if everything was ok and remove any errors as they can be quite dangerous in the blockchain industry to have errors this early on.

The Ekoios team was available almost 24/7 and would always be available for a meeting in case we had any questions. During our TGE day the team of Ekoios stayed available the entire day to make sure all was well.

Their availability was impressive. Also their ability to jump on meetings whenever asked to. They also made sure to stay available the entire day of our TGE. This surprised me because I know their office is Vietnam based and they were available for us their entire night and morning.

When we launched there was no TrustWallet support for the claiming portal and also no mobile support. Also some of the wallet prompts and auto addition of the Fantom Opera Mainnet to the user wallets were missing. We requested it and it was fixed in an instant.
