Along our long cooperation, we have always had the same account manager, which provided continuity and a deep understanding of each other's business and perspectives. It also proved the high retention rate that Edurom has for key people.

We worked with Edurom during highly competitive times for the IT industry in Romania, when the market grew extensively, became very volatile and candidates were difficult to attract and convince to accept an offer. Edurom did their best, considering their number of recruiters, to provide fit candidates for our needs and culture in due time. They understood our needs and our culture very well, which we know limited even more the candidate options in a highly competitive market. Each candidate their provided was a very good fit from the cultural and attitude points of view.

Their focus on truly providing added value for our recruitment processes by understanding our needs and culture was impressive. As a result, they only provided candidates that fit our needs and our culture. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something EDUROM Recruitment could have done differently?

Their focus on excellence and culture fit sometimes prevented them from providing candidates quickly. This would be the only aspect that may need an improvement, but without jeopardizing the quality of the candidates they provide.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

EDUROM Recruitment's ability to deliver new and highly qualified candidates stood out. Even though we already have a large internal recruitment team. Despite our extensive efforts and resources, EDUROM consistently managed to tap into additional talent pools and identify candidates we hadn't reached. 

Their expertise, market reach, and innovative sourcing strategies enabled them to bring fresh perspectives and new candidates to the table, particularly for complex and senior-level roles.

Are there any areas for improvement or something EDUROM Recruitment could have done differently?

While our collaboration with EDUROM Recruitment was overall very positive, there are a few areas where there could be room for improvement.

For example:  

Market Insights: While EDUROM provided strong candidate recommendations, more frequent updates on market trends or talent availability for specific roles would have been beneficial for our strategic planning.
