Key deliverables: Sourcing and screening candidates for technical IT positions (developers, architects, QA, etc.) Executive search for senior Operations Management profiles (COO, Operations Director, Plant Manager, etc.) Candidate shortlisting and interview coordination Market mapping and talent pool analysis Offer negotiation support and onboarding follow-up

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Over the course of our 3-year collaboration, the agency delivered strong, measurable results. We successfully hired a high-performing Operations Manager who shows potential, and made an immediate impact. More than 20 offers were accepted across various project types, including on-site projects in Germany, short-term assignments, and long-term engagements. 
Roles filled spanned a wide range of technical profiles, including AI & ML Developers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, QA Engineers, Java and .NET Developers. A key differentiator was the quality of candidates: they consistently presented profiles with the right cultural fit and technical competence to meet the specific demands of each project.

Along our long cooperation, we have always had the same account manager, which provided continuity and a deep understanding of each other's business and perspectives. It also proved the high retention rate that Edurom has for key people.

We worked with Edurom during highly competitive times for the IT industry in Romania, when the market grew extensively, became very volatile and candidates were difficult to attract and convince to accept an offer. Edurom did their best, considering their number of recruiters, to provide fit candidates for our needs and culture in due time. They understood our needs and our culture very well, which we know limited even more the candidate options in a highly competitive market. Each candidate their provided was a very good fit from the cultural and attitude points of view.

Their focus on truly providing added value for our recruitment processes by understanding our needs and culture was impressive. As a result, they only provided candidates that fit our needs and our culture.

Their focus on excellence and culture fit sometimes prevented them from providing candidates quickly. This would be the only aspect that may need an improvement, but without jeopardizing the quality of the candidates they provide.

Despite our extensive efforts and resources, EDUROM consistently managed to tap into additional talent pools and identify candidates we hadn't reached. 

Their expertise, market reach, and innovative sourcing strategies enabled them to bring fresh perspectives and new candidates to the table, particularly for complex and senior-level roles.

While our collaboration with EDUROM Recruitment was overall very positive, there are a few areas where there could be room for improvement.
