I’m the president of Magnum Cellars, a wine cellar manufacturer.

What challenge were you trying to address with Edge Dimension?

We needed help with visual content marketing.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Edge Dimension created integrated lifestyle scenes that place our wine cellars within different settings and show consumers what our products could look like in various applications. 

For our first project, Edge Dimension created a scene that displayed our products in a kitchen. Their team did a great job on that, so we had them work on another project. They built a new scene that displayed the same products in a commercial setting. That project came out even better than the first. 

We use an iPad to share the scenes to buyers at liquor stores. Now, their team helps out whenever we need touchups, new images, or other services. 

What is the team composition? 

I work mostly with Maxime (Co-founder, Edge Dimension).

How did you come to work with Edge Dimension?

We were renting workspace in the same commercial building, and we started talking. That led to an eventual partnership. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spent under $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2017, and the work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

While we didn’t collect feedback on the specific photos and scenes, their work definitely helped our business. Before this partnership, we didn’t have any visuals to share with consumers. Their work has been excellent. 

Their creativity has helped our business very much. I gave them a basic outline of what we needed, and their team really went above and beyond, delivering concepts much better than I’d imagined. We had many high-quality options to choose from, each featured different lighting, shelving, and the general set up.

Edge Dimension finished the first project in a week — it was crazy. I’m fully satisfied, and I will definitely continue working with them.

How did Edge Dimension perform from a project management standpoint?

Not only was their work innovative, but their team was really responsive. Whenever we had questions, they sent an answer via email immediately.

After they developed an understanding of what we needed, they executed quickly, delivering high-quality images. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I gave them my specs and they came back with ideas. There wasn’t a lot of back-and-forth, and the images they created still look real and natural. I’m totally satisfied with the work they did on this project — it was right on the spot. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I will continue to work with them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Give them as much information as possible, then allow some freedom in terms of creativity. They’ll put ideas together to bring the project to life.
