The Associated Press is a news outlet and my role is global director of digital marketing. I support the organization when it comes to engaging in anything digital.

What challenge were you trying to address with eDesign Interactive?

We partnered with eDesign to put together a customer-facing website where we could highlight all the products and services that our B2B content services provide.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Before, we were just using PDFs to market our products and services. It was a little antiquated and not very engaging, so eDesign provided us with a more meaningful way to present our company’s offerings.

eDesign did a lot of auditing and internal interviews with stakeholders, so they were involved in this project from soup to nuts. Based on the information they gathered, they showed us designs for the website. Our side was heavily focused on content development, while eDesign took care of the UX and user acceptance testing (UAT).

What is the team composition?

We worked directly with two people on a weekly basis, a project manager and one of eDesign’s founders. They would sporadically bring in a designer or another member from the team, depending on where we were in the process. 

How did you come to work with eDesign Interactive?

I selected five different design and development agencies ranging from large companies to small, boutique firms. I’ve been in the industry for quite a while, so I wanted to get an evaluation from all of them. 

I came across eDesign through Clutch and decided to go with a medium-sized firm like theirs. I feel that we could get better engagement with them than we would from a larger churn-and-burn shop that would only give us something simplified to get us out of the door.

How much have you invested with them?

We invested $30,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started talking in November 2020 and the contracts were signed by the end of that year. We really started moving around February 2021. The website has been launched and we are keeping eDesign on retainer for maintenance and future development works.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Coming into engagements like these with a clean slate, there is a fear of scope creep. It was always at the top of my mind and theirs. 

However, we hit the project right in terms of the scope, which was pretty awesome considering we didn’t have a lot of money sitting around in the event of an issue. We’re proud of the fact that it all came together at the price and timeline we agreed on and with no scope creep. We were a little late, but that was more from our side wanting to adjust certain things.

eDesign was an absolute pleasure to work with and they did an amazing job of highlighting all of our services in a very engaging fashion. 

How did eDesign Interactive perform from a project management standpoint?

They did perfectly. We used Basecamp to communicate. There was never anything that we weren’t aware of because they were very responsive. I’d definitely rate them perfectly on this aspect.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Given the budget constraint, it was impressive how they gave our company such a great representation. They encapsulated everything that we wanted to show and made it engaging in terms of UX. Ours is not the sexiest brand in the world, but they did an extremely wonderful job of giving us a modern appeal.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can honestly say that there were no speed bumps. Everything was discussed, negotiated, and achieved. It was a pretty smooth ride.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would advise any company to go for eDesign. They came up with an execution that was spot on even if our budget wasn’t exactly gigantic. I would want them included in any RFP to get their point of view on a project.

I’m the director of creative for ThirdLove, a lingerie company. I oversee all of the brand marketing, brand identity, and any sort of creative assets that the company needs.

What challenge were you trying to address with eDesign Interactive?

We needed to modify our fit finder experience on the website. We wanted to make it more interactive and dynamic so we partnered with eDesign Interactive to work on a 3D motion video portion of the quiz.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, there was an ideation phase where they presented their approach to us, and then once we aligned on that, they went into the design phase. We went through a five-week process and they created five short videos for us that were intended to be interactive. The video was a rendering of a female body.

What is the team composition?

We worked with a lead designer, who was also our main point of contact, George (Owner), and Vincent (Digital Marketing Executive, Consultant & Entrepreneur).

How did you come to work with eDesign Interactive?

I did some searching for companies that did 3D motion design, but with some interactive experience. They had previous experience with that, so we reached out and they fit the ticket.

How much have you invested with them?

We invested $20,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with them from October–December 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

So far, we’ve only had positive feedback on the experience in total. We collect data regularly on this live and interactive experience. Not just their piece of it, but the entire experience was revamped. We look to measure if this version is more impactful than the previous iteration and so far it is. I think eventually we’ll get to a place where we look more specifically at the different questions and see if there are any hiccups or challenges, and then we can go back to them and have us rework those. 

How did eDesign Interactive perform from a project management standpoint?

There was a lot of back and forth, from them sending us directions and us reviewing the product. They were able to handle all revisions well and they were very collaborative. The team put in long hours to reach our deadlines that were very tight. We used Basecamp for project management and communication. They sent their revisions through Basecamp for us to review and then we met every Friday to discuss. We probably went through two rounds of revisions per week.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were appreciative of their diligence and acceptance of how many rounds of feedback we had. Sometimes agencies can be really rigid with the number of rounds you do, but they were super understanding. We were really impressed with how they were able to achieve exactly what we were looking for. They really understood the direction we wanted to go in and they put in a lot of hard work.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing.

I am the head of the administration office for a manufacturer and developer of a hybrid power system. We work with renewable energy.

We had a need to develop a monitoring platform for our product.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The monitoring platform had to communicate through the internet with our system and extract data, show real-time data, and make amendments. 

They also developed two websites for us. We provided them with documentation ahead of time. One is our general corporate website, and one is specially developed for one of our products. They did the web design, contact forms, videos, news, effects, and other things on the site. 

What is the team composition?

We worked with two people. There was a technical person and a project manager.

How did you come to work with eDesign Interactive?

Our management chose them. Their products and their reference projects met our requirements and our vision for how we wanted our website and platforms to look.

What is the status of this engagement?

It started in 2015. They are maintaining our websites and platform. We have a contract with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Everything was delivered within the project deadline. They fulfilled everything on our requirement list, and it is all working smoothly with no problems. We are very grateful for that because it is very important, especially the monitoring platform.  

It was a really big challenge that we faced, but everything went well, and it was completed successfully. eDesign understood our vision perfectly of how the website should be and for our market. We are extremely happy with the result.

How did eDesign Interactive perform from a project management standpoint?

They were very good. We had meetings and we also used email to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

There are several things. Their work is amazing, they are very responsible, and they answered our needs accordingly and on time which was very important for us. eDesign treated us with the utmost importance, which I believe is something they do for every customer.

I can’t think of anything.

I’m the VP of brand at Blockchains. We’re a blockchain technology company that develops and incubates blockchain solutions and ideas.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with eDesign Interactive?

Our previous corporate website felt fairly generic. It lacked any sort of modern element and there wasn’t a clear user path to make the site navigable. The biggest issue was that it was on a very restrictive CMS that didn’t really allow non-developers to make updates or add pages. That’s where eDesign Interactive came in.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement? 

We hired eDesign Interactive to redesign and redevelop our corporate website from scratch. The overall purpose of our site was to speak to our various target audience groups, so the site needed an intuitive UI that allowed each group to access relevant content easily. 

Furthermore, our company values and promotes transparency, and we wanted our site to reflect that. eDesign Interactive built out a robust CMS along with a set of customized templates that gave us the flexibility to constantly maintain our pages. We could use those templates to provide updates about what our organization was doing. 

When it came to privacy controls, they helped us make sure that we were GDPR compliant. We set those policies for our global audience rather than geotargeting the European Union.

What is the team composition? 

I worked closely with Vincent (Managing Partner) and George (Owner), but I know there was a much larger team behind the effort.

How did you come to work with eDesign Interactive?

I was looking on award sites to see who’d been recognized for corporate website design, reaching out to about five agencies for RFPs. Of those candidates, eDesign Interactive really caught my eye. Besides the fact that they could meet our budget and deliverable date, their website was one of the major determining factors in our selection process. It was really the aesthetic, 3D design, and animation that stood out.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project lasted from March–December 2020, and we’re now working with them for monthly maintenance.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve only been up and running for a few weeks, but the compliments from our internal stakeholders have been pouring in, especially from the founder of our company. Many are expressing how happy they are with the new site. Likewise, I’m interviewing a few individuals for a new position, and they keep commenting on how amazing the site looks and how easy it is to find information.

As for performance metrics, we’ve seen a slight increase in visits and page views year over year, though it’s too early to say. We haven’t seen any major bugs nor issues thanks to eDesign Interactive’s significant QA process. They’re currently rolling out some fixes.

How did eDesign Interactive perform from a project management standpoint?

It was pretty fantastic. Our project manager was really on top of things. We used Basecamp, which certainly helped to keep all of the different threads grouped together, so nothing got lost in a sea of emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I really felt like they went above and beyond for us. We actually ended up exceeding the initial scope of work in terms of revisions, design hours, and templates, but they were really accommodating. Like most people, their team responds well when treated with respect and kindness.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I didn’t have any issues.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Whether you’re working with eDesign Interactive or any web design agency, it’s really important to have all of your content in order. We weren’t relying heavily on them for copywriting and opted to do that in-house with a smaller team. As a result, we could only get to the content that we had the time and bandwidth to do. That affected the project timeline because we weren’t always able to deliver what we needed to. It’s a big commitment.

Please describe your company and your position there.

The Belgian KBC Group is the biggest banking and insurance group in Bulgaria. In Bulgaria it unites companies with years’ long history and versatile experience. The companies, part of KBC Group Bulgaria are United Bulgarian Bank, DZI, UBB Interlease, UBB Asset Management, UBB Factoring, UBB Insurance Broker, KBC Bulgaria Branch.

They offer the full spectrum of financial services, including lease, asset management and factoring ones. My position is a senior digital marketing and product owner in the corporate and marketing communications team of UBB, DZI, UBB Interlease and all the entities part of KBC Group in Bulgaria.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire eDesign Interactive?

My team had hired eDesign to create the current UBB website and I am currently working with the agency on additional developments on the site pages; creating completely new product and image pages and integration of new financial services and products of the bank in its corporate site.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals for the current projects we work on with eDesign are quality, speed and timely and correct feedback and communication during the entire process of working on a development.

After a thorough research of the best companies dealing with web design.

Describe the project in detail.

In the past 10 months, during which I have been part of the UBB team, we have worked with eDesign on over 20 large-scale projects related to the bank's financial products, services and instruments and their implementation on its corporate website.

Among them are Premium banking, UBB Video Meeting, Business Package Advisor, the option for document "conversation", digital onboarding, virtual museum.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Each of the completed projects makes the respective service or product more successful. Each new optimization brings additional benefits to UBB in the media and digital campaigns that followed the development. The goals of the bank's campaigns have always been to increase sales of its financial products.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They are highly efficient.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The adaptability, flexibility, the ability of the product managers in the team to understand the essence of UBB's products and services.

I’m the project manager for an insurance company in Bulgaria. We’re part of a bank insurance group.

What challenge were you trying to address with eDesign Interactive?

We wanted to redesign our website because it was very outdated. We also wanted to achieve a unified look and feel with websites in the larger group.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They redesigned the home page of our website to help us focus more closely on the digital services our company provides. We wanted the designs to be neat and clean through a templated process. In our previous site, all pages had a custom structure. The templates allowed us to remain uniform and approachable to our clients.

They delivered one unified template for all product pages. Another big section for our website was for claims management. We wanted to bring all relevant information together onto one page, which would include general insurance, claims management, life insurance management, etc.

They also made a more structured “about us” section and produced a virtual museum centered around our company. 

What is the team composition?

There was a project manager, 1–2 developers, and a designer. We were in contact with the project manager.

How did you come to work with eDesign Interactive?

They were already working with the bank and had developed their website 10 years ago. When we decided to move forward with this project, they were a clear choice.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent about $22,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked on the site from November 2019–September 2020. They continue to maintain the website.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The initial feedback we received from the company and our colleagues was very positive. The look and feel of the website is modern and innovative. If our clients can’t find something on our website, they would be one to complain. However, at the moment, we aren’t getting such complaints.

How did eDesign Interactive perform from a project management standpoint?

They did a very good job. Despite our tendency to lag behind the timeline when providing materials to them, they were constantly pushing us in order to complete the project in time. I’m very thankful for the job they did. They really led the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It was important to me to receive deliverables on time. They always kept the deadlines we discussed and managed our budget expertly. While they had to work extra hours to complete the work, they didn't charge extra for that time. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I’m satisfied with them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be prepared with your requirements. If you’re not well prepared, they can’t work miracles without your support. You should provide enough resources and time for the project as well.

I am the VP of marketing at SundaySky, a video and marketing platform for businesses to improve their customer experience across the customer lifecycle.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with eDesign Interactive?

We went through a repositioning almost two years ago. We wanted a clear crisp message of what we do front and center. In the past, we heard from stakeholders that it wasn’t quite clear what we did, so we wanted to crystallize it.

We wanted to redesign our website so that it matched our new positioning and communicated it effectively. We also wanted to bring a lot of our platform and product components, capabilities, and ethos to the website as well. 

One of the core components of our platform is content modularity. We wanted the look, feel, and aesthetic of the website to have that modular aesthetic.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

eDesign Interactive did design and development. I was on maternity leave when our CEO decided that he wanted to redo the website. When I came back, the process was in place and had just kicked off, so I was able to work closely with eDesign Interactive on the design, development, site structure, and hierarchy.

We split the project into two phases. The first phase was the core web pages, and the main pages on our navigation such as the homepage, platform page, industry solutions pages, customer page with customer references, and case studies. 

Phase one was primarily a lot of the design, the 3D animation work, and then the core website look and feel and page templates. Phase two was the CMS build. It is built on WordPress, and eDesign Interactive also built our content resources section, which is our blog. 

Part of the reason we split it into two was to keep the original timeline for the new website and homepage that our CEO wanted. Of course, one of our internal stakeholders had a lot of feedback and iterations on the homepage design look and feel, so we had to split it into two phases.

What is the team composition?

We worked closely with their managing partner, as well as a project manager, a design lead, and a development lead. 

How did you come to work with eDesign Interactive?

I was on maternity leave, but they were selected by a colleague of mine. He vetted them, and one of the reasons he selected them was based on their creative portfolio and the work they had done, which was contemporary, fresh, and new. They had a lot of current website 3D and animation trends and practices.

How much have you invested in them?

So far, we’ve spent about $115,000 which includes the monthly maintenance we have been doing.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with eDesign Interactive in March 2020, and it’s an ongoing partnership. Phase one was completed at the end of June 2020, and phase two was completed about two months later. 

We’ve continued with ongoing optimization. We have a maintenance retainer in place for optimization, updates, and new pages which we continue to build out. We are pushing a completely new page live in the first week of January 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The UX and design have significantly improved just like our site visitors. It has been keeping people on the site longer. Prior, we were seeing under a minute on the site, but now we are seeing closer to two minutes; almost doubling the time on site. 

Just the improved user behavior has in part influenced our organic search ranking positively. At a high level, the better UX and user behavior has kept people on the site longer and improved our organic ranking.

How did eDesign Interactive perform from a project management standpoint?

The managing partner was highly involved, not only with weekly status calls but also with making sure that they were achieving our goals. We did run into some hiccups in terms of maintenance, hosting, and security that were brought forward by my internal IT and security team. 

That’s not what eDesign Interactive does, but they were always front and center to help us mitigate those issues and fix them along the way. We changed project managers halfway through, but I’m not sure why. 

The team uses Basecamp, which we typically use for communication. They also use InVision for static design mockups, and we use it to provide comments.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have a lot of creative solutions, especially in terms of the homepage. There were a couple of times we got stuck or there were some things we liked on one design concept and some things we liked on the other, and they had solutions to help us achieve our goals, especially for the homepage. 

Their 3D and animation work is really strong. Compared to the other website providers I have used in the past, eDesign Interactive has been the strongest in terms of their design work, 3D work, animation, and creative solutions.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could push us more. In terms of timing and deadlines, some things were extended, but in that first phase with the homepage, it was because one of our stakeholders had different iterations and wanted to keep the homepage tight. There is a trade-off between being perfect and just getting it done. 

Overall, everything we have done over the past year has taken time because eDesign Interactive lets us take our time. If they had pushed us more and told us when we needed to get the work done and when decisions needed to be made, that would’ve helped to push us.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Bring your business challenges and goals to them directly and let them provide creative ideas and solutions and iterate on those rather than bringing your own ideas to the table. One thing we are seeing now is that it’s important to maintain an ongoing relationship to continue optimizing and getting the most out of the site. 

We are now seeing optimizations on the homepage based on the core designs that are kind of obvious, but it didn’t occur to any of us at the time. Once the website is live and in the market, you’re going to need some of the data. It’s important to come back six or 12 months later and look through the heatmap and optimize the design.

I’m the head of marketing at a financial tech company.

What challenge were you trying to address with eDesign Interactive?

We had two key challenges: we needed to develop our brand identity, and we needed to provide a better digital experience for our customers.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The first part of the project was the branding assignment. We’d done our own research into our customer personas and the type of design identity that would be suitable for our target customers. We wanted eDesign to give our brand a face, so the first thing they worked on was our logo.

From there, we built our brand guidelines and subsequently used those guidelines to build out the entire aesthetic of our website, which was the second part of the project. The team built the site on WordPress.

What is the team composition?

There were two distinct teams we worked with, with the same project manager across both of them. We also had a second contact who, along with our project manager, helped us coordinate the overall timelines. 

On the creative side, we also worked with George (Owner) and Stella (Digital Marketing Strategist), who were responsible for the design. Other than that, we worked with a range of developers and creative behind the scenes. 

How did you come to work with eDesign Interactive?

I came across eDesign on Clutch while I was doing research on companies. I read their reviews and I was impressed, which led me to have a conversation with the team. It just fell into place from there.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $30,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from July–November 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

From an external metric standpoint, it’s probably a bit too early to tell what the results are, since we just went live a few days ago. In terms of the early signs of success we’re seeing, we’re getting great feedback from all our stakeholders. 

Our customers, investors, and everyone else we’ve engaged with so far has really appreciated the outstanding quality eDesign delivered. We’ve also started to see early signs of increased engagement to our site.

How did eDesign Interactive perform from a project management standpoint?

If anything, from a timeline standpoint, it was on our end that caused a little bit more of a delay. We were trying to accomplish a lot in a short period of time, and moved some deadlines around a bit. Through all of that, eDesign was super accommodating, and they coordinated things on their side really well. 

In the early stages of the project, we had a catch-up meeting once a week, which was enough for us to stay in alignment. Then, towards the backend of the project, we were very focused on the development so the cadence increased to about two times a week. 

Outside of the meetings, eDesign was incredibly responsive to any questions that we had. In terms of tools, we used Basecamp as our primarily means of communication, as well as BugHerd to provide feedback and annotations.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Each step of the way, eDesign was as committed to the success of the project as we were. That meant that even though they were under a time stretch, they would still bring more and more ideas to the table. They wanted the branding and the website to be incredible, and they left no stone unturned.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s only one thing that comes to mind, and I think it was a function of having such a short engagement with them. In the early stages, the only hurdle we had was although it was a branding project, it felt like a design project at first. 

For instance, the concept that we would be presented was incredible from a design standpoint, but wasn’t necessarily aligned with the brand identity. We had a bit of a pause to reset and realign, and it was smooth sailing from there. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure you provide as much necessary information as possible to give them a clear idea of your vision. Don’t provide them too much information, but do give them everything they need. Also, be completely transparent and open about feedback — eDesign is incredibly receptive.

What challenge were you trying to address with eDesign Interactive?

We were looking to improve the overall UX on our website. We had an antiquated site, with no true call to actions, animations, or anything along those lines. We wanted to give our clients a better digital experience.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They conducted a series of user interviews with our customers and internal executives. Then they created user stories. It was a website development project. eDesign Interactive helped us hone in our call to actions so users would convert.

What is the team composition?

They were pretty lean. I was connected with the VP of sales. He led every meeting and weekly standups. We also interacted with a designer who led creativity. We also worked with a backend developer who was in charge of the functionality.

How did you come to work with eDesign Interactive?

My manager had a referral from his previous employer. He received a positive review, so he reached out to eDesign Interactive.

How much have you invested with them?

It was about $60,000. It was pretty affordable for what they delivered.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working in October 2017 and they wrapped up in January 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

When the website was launched, we saw a decrease in questions because the new design helped users find content easily and quickly. Aesthetically, it looks more pleasing, is interactive, and has a strong call to action.

How did eDesign Interactive perform from a project management standpoint?

We had a weekly standup, they used Jira, and they tracked every task very granularly. The only reason why they didn’t always meet the deadline was because of things on our end. They managed the project and followed up accordingly. They didn’t stop until they got what they needed to complete the job.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The interactive features they designed are very impressive. The website still stands out and is very relevant. The UX/UI is top-notch.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I would like for them to engage more. In addition to our standups, I would like to meet more frequently. When we’re trying to be agile, a lot can happen between meetings.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Once you decide to bring eDesign Interactive onboard, really immerse them in your organization and culture. Allow them to attend meetings and share as much information as you can. With that, the team will be able to create a wonderful product for you.

I’m a co-owner, director, and tech lead for a private preschool in New Jersey.

What challenge were you trying to address with eDesign Interactive?

We were looking to completely redo our website. We had a static one-page with a little scrolling board. It had an info list, so we needed to get with the times.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They completely redesigned and rebuilt our website. They taught me how to use WordPress. They designed a mobile platform. They featured a scrolling bar on top. They’ve also done mobile design, blogs, and integrated connections to other platforms.

Really, they were able to tell me the best way to anything I needed. For example, I let them know that we needed to get the word out that our camp is taking registrations, so they put a tag line up and rotating testimonials, for me. Then they taught me how to manage everything.

I always know who’s working with me. My correspondence starts with Vincent, and from there, it goes to 1–2 other people. We’ve built a relationship with those on our team, so they know the site inside and out. It’s nice because it’s easy to maintain communication with them.

How did you come to work with eDesign Interactive?

I came across their services through a Google search, I cold-called him. I met with several different web developers at the time. I was so impressed with their professionalism, creative ideas, design work, and catalog of clients.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about $20,000 over the years. Their prices are very fair and their fee structure has been very consistent and straightforward. I love that I can navigate my budget.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in July 2008 and our work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

A lot of people have told us that they love our website, how much information it has on it, and how accessible it was for parents deciding where to send their kids to preschool. Our website is the first thing parents see when they start looking for schools.

When I talk to parents, they often comment that they were impressed by certain things on the site. It’s not what they say directly, but they’ll comment on X, Y, Z, and it’s clear they found that information on the site. They always comment on the professionalism of the site, the ease of use, and how much content was easily accessible.

Not only do they do what we ask them to do, but they also empower us. They always teach us how to do things ourselves on the sites. A lot of other companies never give control back to the customer.

How did eDesign Interactive perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is fantastic. Over the years it has been so seamless. I’ve never had to wait more than a few hours for a response.

In the 12 years I've worked with them, I’ve never waited longer than a few hours for a reply or resolution to any request of mine, both big and small.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve bee most impressed by their professionalism and their creativity. They’ve been able to rise to the challenge for every problem I’ve presented them with.
