Since we start working with Ecrivio our monthly traffic increased almost 3x. The quality of copywriting is also much better than it used to be.

We communicate via messenger. After providing technical requirements it takes 2-3 days for them to write an article. Then usually we have one round of fixes if needed. We work with Google Docs and are able to communicate with writers directly in the doc using a comment section. Everything is happening seamlessly for us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are quite flexible. They are able to complete an urgent article that wasn't planned in just 2-3 days like it is a regular article with the same outstanding quality level as they always provide. I know I can give them an idea and a few lines of text and they give me back a nice piece and it will be exactly what I imagined.

For me, it was a surprise that writers almost never ask questions about the technical requirements we provide. But it never had an impact on the quality level. So overall everything is great within a set of tasks we work on.

It`s a good collaboration from the beginning. After creating requirements for blog articles Ecrivio identified needed additional information about specific cases related to my company experience. Literally, in 1 week we had an excellent article with an excellent level of English to review. All the articles are very structured, easy to read, and correspond to SEO needs.

Also, Ecrivio had recommendations due to pictures that we may use or create for articles. If we had some changes to add, it was enough to tell Encrivio about these changes one time. It was implemented almost immediately. And from now and then all the changes and recommendations were included
