We needed help with website development.

What was the scope of their involvement?
My previous website was built in Magento. After an initial research process and discussion with eCommerce Today, they proposed replacing it with a new Shopify-based site because it would be more suitable for my purpose. Then, they developed our website from scratch.
During the development process, eCommerce Today had to import manuals and other pieces of content from my old Magento site, which made it much more complicated than just starting from nothing. They also were in charge of solving many issues related to pricing, inventory, and more.

Every step I received screenshots of their progress and suggestions. A wonderful communication. They were very quick, efficient, very knowledgeable, true professionals. At the end, we have a virtual meeting were we went through all that was created. Now, it is very easy for me to work on the website, adding products or blog articles, etc. The web's speed and the number of visitors increased considerable. Many persons that saw my new website admired it and and liked how easy was to access the categories, products, etc.

The communication was excellent. As I explained above, they sent us screenshots, exchanged emails for every clarification or new information, explanation. Google meeting was another way that we used for communication. The phone was available anytime I/them needed. Everything was done, very well, in a short time.

Working with eCommerce-Today was over the expectations, form all points of view: Communication, Professionalism, Knowledge, Work Value, Respect of the Time Frame of the project. I selected them through Shopify Experts. The deciding factor was the follow up from Stefan after I had decided to take a step back and not have anything done. He emailed me and very kindly explained all that they could do for me and gave me the cost. he was very professional, not pushy and kind.

There were emails back and forth during both projects from start to finish. Prior to the finish of both projects, they had me review the end results. At the end of the Storefront project, both Stefan & Andreea set up a video call to take me through the new design with explanations on each feature. They were quick with both projects and did a fantastic job.

Stefan set me up with Andreea who was the Account Manager for each project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The site is much more user friendly and the design is more modernized and up to date. The email marketing set up will help to entice the customers to purchase. It is too soon to give feedback on anything more as I am still in the process of adding products to my storefront. I do have Andreea helping me at this time with the setting up of my Social Media Accounts
