I am the Ecommerce Marketing Manager at Beautiful Easy. We are a global beauty brand creating innovative and high quality cosmetics distributed worldwide.

For what projects/services did your company hire EcommerceIntelligence.com, and what were your goals?

As we built our online presence, we needed a marketing agency to help us grow with a heavy focus on email marketing. They helped build the email capture on our website, and created several automated email flows and segments. They also set up, test, and schedule all of our monthly and promotional emails. By partnering with Ecommerce Intelligence we hoped to drive more sales and improve the conversion rate on our emails.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Deciding factors were overall cost, scope of work, and availability.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.

First, we focused on our automated email flows and segments. There were several meetings to discuss branding, goals, and upcoming campaigns. They also handled the migration from Mailchimp to Klaviyo.

We work with the Owner and Digital Creative Director

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The email campaigns have been very successful. We continue to see a high open rate, click rate, and conversion rate on our emails.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our workflow is very effective and convenient. The platform we use to communicate allows us to create To-Do’s for the agency and we receive progress updates as projects are worked on and/or completed. Whenever we have questions, they are responsive in a timely manner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They've been a great partner for all of our email marketing needs. They are very supportive and insightful whenever we have questions or concerns and always respond timely.

We were looking for someone to help us with our email marketing efforts.

We’ve been working with EcommerceIntelligence.com for two and a half years now, and they’ve been primarily helping us with our email marketing campaigns, content development, and automated flows on Klaviyo.

My main point of contact is Ryan (Klaviyo Expert & Founder).

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing partnership started in September 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Email marketing has become a significant revenue-generating part of our marketing efforts, and everything we’ve gained is attributed to their ongoing work for us.

How did EcommerceIntelligence.com perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re great from a project management perspective, as they’re able to meet our deadlines and consistently stay on budget.

We typically manage the project through Basecamp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I just like how easy the relationship and communication have been between our companies, and I’m highly satisfied with their work.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Maybe we can incorporate regular communications in other platforms, such as email and phone.

I’d advise you to have a clear idea of the messaging you want and provide them with a decent amount of information to work with.
