Update Spark Theme from current version 1.1.0 to newest version
Improve the process by which users can identify the correct sizing for their dog. Make the collection of the measurements fault-less and allow for users to submit pictures of their dog (Uploadery/Infinite Options?) (Note about Ajax Cart and Dynamic Checkout Buttons). Make a new sizing chart that makes it obvious the size that their dog will need. Each product page should have a popup sizing chart that confirms their size selection. Make new sizing videos if needed. Analyze improvements made to make sure users are not abandoning the process multiple times before purchase.
Improve that layout and design of the site so that it looks more professional and consistent. Standardize the size and color of buttons, titles, text, and graphics. Some of the pages have awkward layouts with content that is too wide, too narrow, too tall, or blurry pictures. The site right now looks somewhat haphazard but can easily be made to look much better and professional. This will instill trust with new users that visit your site.
Confirm that the template is using Structured Data. Structured Data is a special code format used for products so that search engines will get correct product data feeds.

Project Completed Quickly with improved navigation and consistency. I used Michael’s services a second time for a theme upgrade with the same outstanding results.

Michael provided thoughtful analysis and recommended collecting product reviews, automating customer emails, rearranging content to highlight certain products and services, and several apps for our Shopify website.

Recently, we asked EcommGrowthStrategies to re-Theme our Shopify site, review navigation, and upgrade some of the functionality including: adding volume discounts on specific products, adding product Q&A, encouraging Google reviews, adding ability for customers to upload logos, updating our “get a quote” app, and upgrading to Google Analytics 4 and Shopify 2.0.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After EcommGrowthStrategies implemented their audit recommendations, we experienced growth in traffic, returning customers, and sales. They have continued to provide support for the apps installed on the website, make suggestions for improvement, and serve as a resource and consultant.
We are now completing a re-theme our Shopify site and adding new functionality to improve the e-commerce customer experience. Once again, EcommGrowthStrategies has met this challenge by setting up new apps, customizing them to meet our needs, and providing thoughtful recommendations beyond the contracted scope of work. They truly have our best interests in mind.
