This includes metrics such as sessions, total sales, orders, ad sales %, organic vs PPC sales, and total ad spend analysis. This clear division of roles ensures fast responses, smooth communication, and consistent results—and I even know many of the team members by name.

There’s always room for improvement in any organization. One challenge is that Ecomclips is based in India, which means a 12-hour time difference. Monthly live meetings typically need to be scheduled around 8 PM in the U.S. (8 AM for them) or vice versa, and responses usually arrive within 1–10 hours. However, the upside is that you receive the same level of work and expertise at roughly one-fifth—or even less—of the cost of a comparable U.S.-based Amazon management team.
