We selected Ebizon based on the reviews that other clients shared but mostly after seeing their portfolio and expertise especially in developing E-commerce websites. As the website was launched, we had great feedback from everyone saying that it is very beautiful, very professional and we were so happy that they delivered a bugs-free website where everything was working well. Our goals were to have a fast, stable, and scalable eCommerce website.

For us the criteria for vendor selection include Budget, Expertise, reviews, and Previous Experience. Ebizon excelled with a perfect score in each parameter and we would be more than happy to work with them again in the future.

The scope of work for the project includes Photoshop Design for the Homepage, front-end, and back-end development, customization, fixing bugs, etc. Once all these project steps were implemented, they informed us to review and suggest feedback which we did. They incorporated all those feedbacks into the project and made sure that we are satisfied with the end product. We wanted to increase our revenue, so we brought in Ebizon to design our website on Magento.

The website is launched, and everything is functional. From an aesthetic point of view, the partners we work with and the people who are familiar with our business love the site — it’s getting good reviews. We’re very pleased with Ebizon in terms of quality, responsiveness, communication, and flexibility. It’s easy for us to determine the process with them, which is another thing we like about them. We’re very satisfied internally.

Ebizon’s PM walked me through every step from start to finish in our website design via Basecamp and Microsoft teams' calls. We had weekly calls, and I always felt updated on the project. In addition, any questions I had were immediately responded to. In addition, they walked me through the Magento site and how to use it.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We’ve worked with different external teams before, and Ebizon excels when it comes to delivery and execution. They assigned us a dedicated Project Manager to handle all our issues. The second thing that impressed me was their enthusiasm. They really wanted to help us and bring us farther. It was extraordinary. Additionally, they are quick to respond to our emails, and they make us feel as though we're their priority.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There are little things that could improve, but I have no complaints about their work. They’re engaged and proactive and are responsive to last-minute changes. They perform very well and I can’t think of any weaknesses.
