Everyone at Ebizon is amazing. I never asked for anything that they didn't find a way to accomplish.
I never felt like they resented my (sometimes frequent and/or confusing) requests.
I've really appreciated the professionalism.
They always gave documentation to show each step of the process and provided progress reports along the way.
Sometimes the completion dates did change, but that was really due to the nature of the project where there was so much "fine-tuning" and quality checks to be done.

I have no complaints about the development team at all. We have had ongoing website support and maintenance from Ebizon (which has also been a great experience). At the beginning of this service, I didn't receive much communication from them so we couldn't know if we were receiving any service each month. However, they did fix that after I raised the issue and I haven't had anything to complain about since. On the whole, the support team has been just as great as the development team.
