I'm the owner of DaCapo Coffee, a food and beverage company. We offer a place to sit with friends and family and discuss the events of the day over some joe and sweets.

What challenge were you trying to address with Easy Street Social?

We needed to redesign our webpage to be a more appropriate fit for today's culture and make our presence on social media more upbeat, engaging, and useful to our community and the local areas that surround us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Easy Street Social has increased our presence on social media, involved our staff in the process, and re-energized our webpage with relevant information, pictures, and updated offerings. The team has introduced short-form videos, images, live videos, and engaging text-based posts about aspects of our business and our community-based coffee shops. All social media and our webpage promote educational, inspirational, entertaining, and professional content.

We started working with them in August 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The progress and success created and delivered by Easy Street Social is a greatly increased public engagement, clicks, views, comments, and followers, along with a 15% increase in business volume. Engagement and followers have grown by 30%.

How did Easy Street Social perform from a project management standpoint?

They not only contact us regularly via text and phone but also post daily on all platforms. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

My company wanted to expand our Social Media prescence and become more dominate in the Custom Design industry and obtain more customer and exposure.

Thus far we have achieved our goals and plan on expanding our marketing with this company into the 2026 year

We had weekly meeting with the company and tey shared with us where we could improve and where we needed additional marketing areas.  We were explained all the details of our results and how to improve on them.  At this time we are extremely satified with the work structure provided.

Their hands-on customer approach is impressive. The ease in which the information was provided to us as far as our results.  The detailing of all the information was provided in a way that we could understand.
