We hired a front end Webflow developer from the Wilde Codes team to help us build a few custom Webflow websites for our clients. They were instrumental in making sure our clients were happy - they executed everything at a very high level and in organized manner. Amazing company to work with!

The success was based on timelines, the deliverables against those timelines, and finally but most importantly our clients happiness! The Wild.Codes team knocked it out of the park! They communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally both with us and with the client (that's right, they are technical AND client facing). We're extremely happy with every project that we worked on with them and can't recommend them enough.

For us, we use Slack, so our communication was mainly through Slack and Zoom.

We have a client who we help with an internal ongoing project currently, and as we were moving forward with it through its development phase, we faced a need for additional developers on board. We decided to go with a team extension/augmentation as we plan to continuously support and expand this project in the future and thus we need developers for long-term cooperation.

We cannot disclose much of it as it is an ongoing internal project and it is under NDA, but what can be said is that it is a fintech web app (SPA) based on React.js and Node.js. We have plans for developing an iOS app based on React Native in the nearest future too.

How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?

Wild Web Art was referred to us by our partners, and at the same time, we found them on Clutch. They seemed interesting to us as they had relevant cases and experience and encouraging reviews. Nevertheless, we shortlisted them for the interview along with a couple of other companies. We had two calls with Serge and Vlad from WWA (their CEO and CDO) and based on those we decided to continue with them.

First of all, we had a couple of video calls with Serge and Vlad before the contract was signed and the work started. Their goal at this stage was to find out any important information about the project and help us find the best solution. Considering that we have plans for continuous project development and support they recommended going with an augmented team.

In the first stage, a talent acquisition manager was provided to us by Wild Web Art. Her primary goal was to help us find the best fit for our project. We provided the info about the project and conducted a couple of Q&A rounds with her. We had the first candidates suggested in a few days already. In the second stage, we conducted interviews between shortlisted candidates and our client.

We found what we need pretty quickly. WWA’s talent manager was helping a lot scheduling interviews on the candidate’s side and providing all the feedback to them in this stage. The last stage is HR support. WWA’s HR contacts us once or twice a month inquiring about our feedback about developers and the project in general.

We had an RFP process which they have responded to. They were up against 4 other companies. After a couple of rounds, they won the project. We started off with a few devs and then scaled up.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

We have the project in progress at the moment, we have been working for 6 months now. We started with 1 developer and then added 1 more on the go after 2 months of cooperation. Having engaged developers from WWA we can already see that we are to meet our schedules or even precede it.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

No issues at all. Once we have set up all communication channels, everything was running smoothly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

There are 4 things that impressed us while we were working with Wild Web Art:

1. They were not interested in selling their services only during our first encounter but more in finding as much info about our project as needed to better understand what kind of services we need and how they can help us in the most efficient way. They asked a lot of questions about our client and our project. They were really interested and engaged. It was a deep dive which ended in a perfect team fit for our client.
2. Their communication level. Again, they are not afraid to ask many questions if it is relevant and required for better project performance. Also, they are always there if we have any questions or anything to discuss. It is always easy to set up a quick call with them.
3. Performance review. They have a technique they call a ‘Project health’. They send us a brief questionnaire on a monthly basis checking our level of satisfaction in working with the developers provided. I know that they provide such kind of a performance review for the developers too. It is great to know that they are looking after us, taking care of their clients and developers.
4. They were really flexible during the first stage when we were conducting interviews with candidates. When we needed to reschedule a call they handled it for us real quick. Also, when we added additional developer, it was really easy and swift.

Nothing comes to my mind at the moment. We are happy with their services so far.

They used the agile methodology and provide a lot of reports about all processes. They sent daily reports from all devs and weekly reports with all new risks and blockers.

Quality couldn't be better and hit all deadlines. There's nothing better you can do on a project than those 2 things.

Directly we were working with 2 main points of contact. There were many other team members who work in the back office that we do not communicate with directly as we work with the project manager.

The website is not officially launched yet as we are working on the latest details. Yet we have seen very great results from the plan that we are executing.

We enjoyed the remote working environment with them as we share most of our documents and files on google business suite. we also use other online tools for video presentations, flowcharts, design mockups and other issues.

The company very well understands the customer's needs, they research the market very well to ensure that we create an advantage. Their patience with customers who went through difficulties and understanding is very much appreciated as we worked during COVID and had few hiccups that they managed perfectly.

eRenovate grew from a simple website to a huge complex platform, which provided its users with a wide range of useful features like internal messaging, contract signing, internal support (ticket) system, and many others. Since then eRenovate gain more than 20 partners and 200+ loyal users within few months. The websites that were made for our clients` local businesses also generate leads for them on a regular basis and their users left lots of good reviews.

On each project, the project management was arranged in a way so that we always knew where we stand, no matter if it is a 'half a year' big project or a smaller one like website development. A skilled project manager was assigned to each project and we got reports twice a week with information about what was done, what tasks are in progress, terms & budget overviews.

To our opinion, problem-solving and communication skills are the real strengths of the Wild Web Art team. Also, we`d like to admit that Wild Web Art has impressive skills in getting all the requirements right. As we were providing designs for all the projects, we wanted them to be converted into front-end without any mistakes or deviations. The Wild Web Art team managed to achieve it and their works look good and work smoothly.

We were aimed to build and release the first version of our product and measure the product-market-fit.

We hired them to develop our MVP from scratch – a web app for real estate brokers.

The Wild Web Art team was involved in the product discussions almost from the very beginning, we attracted Serge as a consultant at the early stage. They have a really good experience working with startups, so their impact on defining the MVP scope was crucial. Thus, we found the perfect balance of the app features, their priority, and budget.

Our app allows brokers to store all info about the properties, share it with their prospects, and safely share it with other agents. Wild Web Art team wrote the specs, created the design, and built everything up. The most challenging part was API integration with a third-party CRM system, but the dev team managed it. They used Laravel for backend.

We had a full team: project manager, designer, front-end dev, backend dev, quality assurance specialist. Their project manager handles all communication between us and the developers and QA team. It's very helpful to work with just a single contact person who can coordinate the process.

We tested our business hypothesis successfully and attracted more than 20 brokers for our MVP in a month.

Project management was amazing. We had regular calls with dedicated PM to discuss the status of the development and questions. Sometimes they provided us with a recorded video demo - it was really useful.

The reports were very detailed and cover everything. In general, they’re always in touch with us. They provided us with a high-level plan (Gantt chart) at the start and we were always aware of where we are. We used Jira for task tracking.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed by their business vision and experience with the startups. Actually, they consult us a lot and it was really valuable. The feature estimates were realistic and not over the top in order to guarantee a huge profit margin. Wild Web Art was always attentive at responding to questions and assisting in other areas where we lacked knowledge.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing to share here. If I thought of ways that they need to improve, I’d tell them and they’d do it. They're extremely interested in being the best possible partner they can be.

I talked to dozens of vendors that I found through Upwork. Wild Web Art had the most professional and thorough service offering and made me feel confident they could get the job done.

I talked to Serge and got the sense that he was an extremely competent and caring person.

They worked closely with me and my team to build and iterate on the client's software - internal CRM system. The client had a need to build everything from scratch. They understood the basic vision and had a goal to create a ready-to-use web app within the ambitious timeline. First of all, the Wild Web Art team interviewed the client to get a clear understanding of the use cases and purposes of the system. Then, their UX\UI team conducted high-level market research and came up with the first sketches of the platform. What surprised us the most is that they cut off a list of “nice to have” features and simplified some complex tasks in order to save the budget. This is the first time I worked with a team that didn't try to upsell more features and increase the cost. The platform was built with Node.js & React.js.

Wild Web Art was fantastic to work with. They took the time to understand us as a company, so they could really identify what we wanted to achieve.

They asked a great question the expounded on what described in the product spec. They were responsive to our requests and flexible when we wanted to make changes.

We were always able to chat and discuss any project-related questions in Slack, they provided us with weekly (sometimes twice a week) updates & made regular demos via Google Meet or video recordings.

The project was delivered to an agreed budget, and we are really pleased with the results.

The business acumen of every team member. Sure, building software requires technical knowledge, and many dev shops have smart staff like Wild Web Art.

What set them apart from the interview stage through to delivery was their willingness to really understand the problem, the market, and the requirements before simply coding something to requirements.

I can't define anything specifically. Any issues that arose from personal differences in working styles were quickly resolved.

The main output was our web dashboard product (built in PHP) which included our DB structure, payment card creation, wallet product, and user management. Wild Web Art also assisted with developing our iOS and Android apps from scratch which allows users to view transactions, check their card balance, and request balance top-ups.

The project was delivered successfully by Wild Web Art under an ambitious timeline and involved a lot of interaction with third parties.

Wild Web Art are very customer-centric and provided proactive updates on a weekly (and at times bi-weekly) basis. Communication was performed via Telegram, Google Hangouts and Google Sheets (for Gantt charts).

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Again, what impressed us most was their customer-centric approach. They were good with communication, flexible when needed and showed a degree of customer service that is rare for offshore development teams.

We identified a few issues after the product's completion but Wild Web Art was open to feedback throughout and took our concerns seriously.
