We contracted Elevate to take over the mobile and web development aspects of a complex application from a team of overseas developers. In addition to taking on the engineering and development aspects of the project, Elevate also provided key insights to our marketing team and ultimately became an equity holder in our efforts.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our main objective was to clean up and stabilize the code, add critical features for market entry, and ultimately achieve app market entry on Android and iOS. All of which were achieved.

Excellent project management skills and great communications.  Very responsive to our needs.  We would definitely hire Elevate for future products.

Elevate built a flexible checkout process that supports multiple customer types and products, including business logic and restrictions. The team developed the single page architecture and backend services, and deployed everything into our production environment. Deliverables included a staging/testing environment, the final checkout application, and the full application code base.

They were fantastic and delivered on time or actually a little early.  They were very responsive and worked collaboratively which allowed for a very smooth project delivery from beginning to end.  We even had to introduce a few changes along the way but with constant and clear commuication they were handled without impacting any timelines.

I’m a partner at BrandBoot, a software company. We’ve created a web application designed to help businesses establish, grow, and manage their brands.

What challenge were you trying to address with Elevate?

We needed help with our web application’s development.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Elevate has been helping us with all aspects of our web application’s development, including architecture, design, development, quality assurance, and production release. The app allows users to assess a brand’s strengths and weaknesses by answering 24 simple questions. Based on the answers, the app generates a strategic assessment to guide the user on brand development. The app also creates a scorecard to track important metrics and help reach the brand’s goals. Finally, the app has a management module to run effective virtual meetings and track progress against the scorecard.

What is the team composition?

We work with four teammates from Elevate.

How did you come to work with Elevate?

My business partner found Elevate online. We interviewed 3–4 development companies, and Elevate stood out from the rest. They’re based in the USA, which makes communication and time zones easier. On top of that, they have an extensive reputation for developing top-notch solutions. After speaking with several executives at Elevate, it became clear that they would be a good partner for us and offered all the services we were looking for.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2023, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our users love the application. The UI design is very well laid out and user-friendly.

How did Elevate perform from a project management standpoint?

Elevate’s project management is excellent. They always deliver on time. Most importantly, there’s constant communication during the project, which greatly helps keep it on track. We communicate via email and conference calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Elevate does excellent work. I’ve dealt with several other companies in the past on different development projects, and Elevate is by far the best I’ve worked with.

No, there aren’t any.
