They also made a lot of effort to understand the business, its foundations, our strategy and how we want to be positioned on the market, as well as our aspirations. All of this information was used to provide a new design and a new architecture of the shope and website which will be much more user-friednly and easy to understand for any client.

E-UX.PRO has performed well above our expectations. They are working efficiently, diligitently and very quickly. They understood from the very beginning our goals and ideas. We were on the same page throughout the project, there was nothing in this project that was misunderstood or not done. They were always engaged in the project, delivering outputs of the highest quality. But the most important is that they deliver solutions to clients problems.

e-ux.pro was able to prepare new variants of the website for Pway portal, based on the researches and analyzes that they made.

What were your goals for this project?

The main goal was to create the version of the website, which will improve operation of the portal. Changes were needed in the UX area - on the visual and functional level.

We announced that we are looking for a UX team and it was they who contacted us with a proposal for cooperation.

The e-ux team made proper research in order to get acquainted with the topic. Based on them they created six variants of the website, taking into account adaptation to desktop and mobile views.

Also, they have made recommendations about UX in the layout and content of the service. In the end, we got from them full documentation, which was very helpful during changes implementation.

I can definitely say that their version converts much better than the previous one. You can see that, when you visit the Pway portal.

I must say that I am very impressed by their creativity and attention to detail. I also have no objections to timeliness.

E-ux.pro conducted a UX Audit for our Care-express.pl platform and necessary changes to prepare UX projects. We are currently working on an analysis of clients’ behavior on the website and e-ux.pro helps us with doing research and drawing these activities.

The goal was to create a competitive service for hiring a babysitter under our Care-Express brand and NannyExpress, SeniorCare or SocialNeeds services for western markets.

Work on the project is up to date. Two people responsible for the project have been assigned to our actions including UX Lean and UX Architect. Apart from these people we were working with UX Writers, UX Researches and UX Designers. Work has been progressing and we meet on weekly statuses.

Research is always the basic activity. Even if we as a client want to follow our idea, it is always checked, tested and then we can be sure that the direction is right.

Our software house has developed a comprehensive portal to search for hairdressers and stylists with available dates in a given location. Since the main assumption of the project was simplicity and care for user experience, we commissioned e-ux.pro to analyze the market and competition.

As a result of that work, they provided us with an in-depth report containing detailed recommendations. Furthermore, the e-ux.pro team created a graphic design of the interface for the entire portal.

What were your goals for this project?

The project had several goals. First of all, the application was supposed to improve the daily work of hairdressing salons and stylists and to facilitate access to them through online booking. Moreover, every hairdresser and stylist might set up their own website on the portal, which increases their internet visibility.

I was looking for authentic UX / UI experts because my project required special attention to the user. I noticed that e-ux.pro has a lot of positive opinions and recommendations on LinkedIn and industry websites. 1. Research and analysis - they conducted a comprehensive interview with our client, as well as market and competition analysis, which they summed up in a form of an extensive report and recommendations.

The main assumptions and goals that guided us were: becoming the leader of the FinTech market in Poland and the region of Central and Eastern Europe. Increasing the number of customers, and improving the registration process and customer panel. And having a site that will have a wow effect.

As a marketing specialist, I have made a very wide range of UI / UX specialists research, I had a lot of interviews and looked through a lot of sample papers, the decision was difficult but I chose e-ux.pro and I don't regret it!

When we agreed on the details, we made a thorough briefing, then for a week we worked on the mokap and the first designs of the home page and subpages. After a few trials and the final design, I engaged my marketing team to evaluate the current state.

Then we made corrections and this is how the website designs were created with the great help and advice of e-uxpro. The next steps were designing the registration process and the customer panel. Which was a much easier task as the knowledge of people from e-ux.pro is invaluable.

What challenge were you trying to address with e-ux.pro?

I went to them for UI/UX design for an IoT mobile app.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

e-ux.pro provided design for an IoT application. It shows data from external devices.

I had some mockups, but they were really old, and I wanted to turn the app into something that users would find visually-beautiful. I also had some missing screens. I had three screens, and we ended up with almost 13. e-ux.pro provided all of the new screens for me, and they also designed my logo.

What is the team composition?

I worked with Adrianna (Co-Founder and UX Architect).

How did you come to work with e-ux.pro?

They posted an advertisement on a Facebook group that I’m a member of. I’ve worked with a lot of graphic designers over the last years, but I didn’t have many good experiences. Adrianna provided me a really good portfolio, with good client testimonials. I liked what I saw in their company portfolio.

How much have you invested with them?

The project cost was €500–€600.

What is the status of this engagement?

I worked with e-ux.pro from late-February to early-April 2020. We’ve already done the mobile application, but I plan to design my web page and social media graphics with them in the future.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Adrianna has a lot of experience in the field, so I didn’t need to say much. She just asked for a few details, and understood everything I needed.

It’s hard to track metrics for graphic design. I’ve had experience with other graphic designers, and this has been one of the best collaborations I’ve had. Adrianna knew what was required for the application, and I didn’t need to say too much.

How did e-ux.pro perform from a project management standpoint?

I invited Adrianna to join my Slack, and that’s how we communicated. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The people working there are very experienced. There are many graphic designers on the market, but e-ux.pro’s team members know what they’re doing.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t see anything that could be improved.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I don’t usually recommend companies, because I’ve had a few bad experiences in the past. This collaboration is the first time that I’m confident I can recommend a vendor to someone else.
