What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Dynamic Wave Consulting hasn't delivered the site yet, but I'm very pleased with the work they've built so far.  

How did Dynamic Wave Consulting perform from a project management standpoint?

Dynamic Wave Consulting has good communication and responds quickly to my messages. Our first meeting was over Zoom, but we've since moved to email and text messaging. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Dynamic Wave Consulting is very professional and is responsive to my communications — they answer all my questions, no matter how many times I ask them. Dynamic Wave Consulting always ensures that I'm happy with the deliverables, checking in with me throughout the project. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I have nothing for Dynamic Wave Consulting to improve.

I'd advise customers to have all the essential aspects of their project ready so that Dynamic Wave Consulting can get started on the project right away.

I hired Bruce of Dynamic Wave Consulting (DWC) to assist me with building my internet presence and deliver traffic to my newly launched website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I selected this vendor from several options presented to me by Wix - the tool I had used to build my music store website. Dynamic Wave stood out from the rest as their existing portfolio looked impressive and Bruce was also a fellow musician.

I had a limited budget and let DWC know this from the outset. However they were able to present a plan to suit my budget and hit the ground running.

Bruce himself was my primary point of contact.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

It is still early days as I only engaged them this week but already DWC has implemented Google Ads that have greatly improved my clicks and impressions and they have created a LinkedIn business page along with initial posts. Next the plan is to develop Facebook.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

DWC and Bruce Leto understand that a newly launched business needs to move fast to implement an internet strategy and show results in order to payback the start up costs. Bruce literally hit the ground running following a brief introductory call.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The service I received was professional and informative. They are so well-versed in his subject matter. They are really experts in every sense of the word. I sense he has a real passion for his work and is patient and willing to educate customers like me who don't have a deeper understanding of internet and social media marketing.

None that come to mind.

I’m the manager of a world renowned Tattoo Artist, Steve Butcher, I manage aspects such as consulting and booking our clients in as well as social media and website management.

For what projects/services did your company hire Dynamic Wave Consulting, and what were your goals?

We hired DWC to transfer our website from the SquareSpace platform to WIX. Our website was quite sluggish and service from the web development team was subpar. We wanted a more appealing website in terms of design and an easy to navigate e-commerce platform.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

DWC worked with Yomico Moreno, another well known tattoo artist based in New York, they designed a wonderful website for him which caught my eye. They did an amazing job so I knew DWC could do a great job with our website.

We had an initial meeting to discuss what was needed for the entire project, including the transfer of our website from Squarespace to Wix. Deliverables included overall homepage design with a promotional video and added links to current sponsors/endorsements, including a gallery of Steve’s current portfolio, followed by creating our e-commerce page for our merchandise and lastly a contact form for our clients.

Bruce was our main point of contact who is the owner and our project manager as well as his colleague Chris.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

No measurable outcomes as of yet as Bruce is yet to do SEO/Marketing however I am very confident that we will achieve the results we want in the new year, and happy to post an updated review in regards to this.

The website looks great and easy to use, load times are great and not as laggy as our previous website and I’m confident our clients will love the new design.

Bruce is an excellent communicator, he doesn’t leave anything to the last second and informed me of everything every step of the way and what was being done, and what needed to be done. Amazing service if you’re someone who wants to get things done, then Bruce is your guy. I couldn’t have asked for better communication, everything was done on time, in fact well before then expected. Looking forward to working with Bruce in the new year.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We worked with a team that specialised in Wordpress and it’s safe to say Bruce has gone above and beyond to develop and design our website than they did and have made the transition to using Wix and extremely easy one, he kept us informed and updated along the entire process.

Extremely efficient in this entire process, he understood what was needed from having worked with Yomico and everything was executed perfectly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not at this stage, from not being so tech savvy, Bruce assisted us along the entire process and made any changes needed to the design almost immediately as well as helping myself learn how to navigate through the Wix platform if I needed to make any changes in the future.

More than impressed with his service and I’ll be sure to recommend DWC for any future projects with colleagues or friends and business partners.

Project summary

The scope of work included going through my website nightorbs.com and correcting and improving on-line SEO. I have invested almost $5K for this service plus hundreds of dollars for Google ad words which have yielded zero interest. One of the things I had requested from the beginning of our conversations was a review of our online seo by auditing software such as SEMRUSH. Bruce agreed to this but would not deliver the report. 

They wanted me to invest thousands more to improve my Google ad performance but I declined. Seeing that I was no longer interested in their services Jon ignored my phone calls to stop the google ad words campaign. I did not have the credentials to get into my account and therefore another $1,000 was wasted on Google ads. 

The biggest disappointment was the amount of online traffic stayed the same no increase at all. That was the main objective of improving my Online seo. Dealing with this company that produced little results was a very unpleasant experience for a small business enterprise.

There were no measurable outcomes.

Bruce was the project manager and initial contact, then Jon was assigned to work with me. They did deliver the Online seo changes on time. There response to my needs was fairly negative. Jon ignored my phone calls at the end to turn off my Google adwords campaigned, which I did not have the correct google username or password to turn off the ads.

Once the project was done our calls and traffic blew up over night. We were tracking increased traffic stats on our wix dashboard of over 2000 percent on some days. Bruce and dynamic wave really saved us!
