I talked to some developers I have worked with before but none were able to complete the work in the timeframe we wanted due to existing commitments. Whenever new content came in, or we needed any changes or corrections, they delivered it very quickly. The team's quick response and patience got us to our final live website quicker than we could have imagined. They always took time to put step by step guidance together on how to update the site ourselves, also on how to create our FTP server for the live site hosting. I think it might have been easier if we had scheduled a couple of calls, as everything was done over email, but I think this was also down to the time difference, so not a major problem and this was counteracted by their great written communication.

They go through the initial process before making an offer, finding out who we are, what we do, and what exactly we need. Following that, they gave us a deadline and cost. Once agreed, they started immediately and almost always delivered before the deadline.
Once the customer starts testing, normally issues we didn't foresee on the first call arise. The Dynamic Dreamz team had no problem addressing those or changing something if the specifications. It's quite a dynamic process once we reached the testing stage.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked closely with two people over the course of this project. Gaurav oversaw the daily ongoings and was our main point of contact while Sanjay did most of the web development.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Sanjay Patel of Dynamic Dreamz worked closely with me to complete a Wordpress site. All deadlines were met on or before the requited time. They were willing to make the requested changes and had excellent suggestions.
I also appreciate the guide sheet they made so that I can find components of the website and make updates myself. I will defiantly call on him again for future projects.

We spoke daily over messenger chat in Upwork. Each time something else popped up that needed fixing the team saw to it right away. It was just a matter of making sure the issue was explained clearly, and how we wanted it fixed was passed on so they could do their job.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The guide sheet they made so that I can find components of the website and make updates myself. This was a game-changer and makes life so much easier. Also, their communication skills are excellent and make the whole experience seamless.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
There were a few issues when the new theme first went live, but these were quickly resolved.

I work for an online, B2C training company called Excel with Business. I run this brand, which is a subsidiary of Filtered Technologies.

For what projects/services did your company hire Dynamic Dreamz, and what were your goals?
I hired Dynamic Dreamz to help with a complex site migration. My goals were to rebuild certain functionalities from our old website, including connecting an e-commerce platform with a 3rd party Learning Management Systems via API/webhooks. Our requirements were fairly niche, and we were struggling.

How did you select Dynamic Dreamz and what were the deciding factors?
I selected Dynamic Dreamz based on the strength of Gaurav's reputation. I then had a scoping call with him and one of our own product team, where he really impressed us with how quickly he understood our issues and suggested excellent solutions.

The scope of work had consistently broadened, as we've become more aware of just how much Dynamic Dreamz could help us. Initially, we just wanted to connect our products with a third-party tool.
DD completed that work, and then we continued to ask for more. We had a voucher creation facility built, we had myriad theme edits made, and multiple integrations set up.

I'm not sure how much the work was shared among the team, but I worked with two people, and primarily Gaurav Shah (Shopify Developer). Responses were always prompt and helpful.

We've been delighted with the outcome of Gaurav's work. While we are yet to go live with the new site, I can still confidently say the work will have a significant effect on our site performance and bottom line.
