The work was based on Shopify with programming in Liquid. They created the design and functionality of all the pages, added sendingblue for emails, speeded up the site, gave us the possibility to customize all sections, added dynamic creatives and animations, provided advice on best practices

We needed some changes and additions made to our WordPress website. Some were basic ux changes, others were changes that needed changing to existing integrations using 3rd party APIs such as HubSpot.

I talked to some developers I have worked with before but none were able to complete the work in the timeframe we wanted due to existing commitments. I advertised the project on UpWork, shortlisted around 5 proposals and conducted phone interviews with those shortlisted. Key factors were their understanding of the platforms we were discussing - clear from questions/clarifications they asked as we talked through the project - their confidence in being able to deliver in a 2 week timeframe and their 100% success rate on UpWork.

We had already discussed changes we needed internally: Change to ux for some elements of the WordPress site (nav menu, tabbed section display, option to pin content in specific areas, removal of unused tags) Change to two API integrations (HubSpot and Publish Interactive) to support licence purchase & delivery of products Introduction of an SSO page for a site hosted on a Publish Interactive platform

The changes were delivered on time - delays were always at our end with testing elements that relied on 3rd party interaction, rather than theirs. API changes work smoothly and expectations of internal stakeholders on cost, time and end-product were all met

Main communication was through comments on a Google doc containing the key deliverables, but the project manager was always available on chat/via calls in UpWork. Both responded very quickly to queries and were clear on where more information or action was required from my end.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Everything went very smoothly, but as a contractor my main concern is being able to communicate progress to my client, so their responsiveness was key for me. I was always able to give confident answers on progress and timeframes when internal stakeholders had questions.

It's worth saying, the website was developed from scratch as there wasn't an existing one. Our mission was to showcase our case studies, expertise and professionalism in order to increase the quantity of potential customers visiting our site and to raise our company profile, so it was important that our chosen developer understood this.

After some initial contact and conversation, we selected them based on our recommendation, positive reviews and many successfully developed websites. We had an initial kick-off meeting where we shared our ideas for the look and feel of the website, also benchmark websites we liked. We decided on WordPress together, the team then set about developing the home page, so we could quickly see whether we were on the same page.

I had consistent contact with three key people in the team through out the process, which was made up of the head project manager, who took my initial enquiry, and web designer/developers.

It is very early to give exact data, but after showcasing my new website on sites like LinkedIn, the response to the overall website has been superb and has already given us a measurable increase in people viewing our company credentials.

We would have a lot of email contact throughout each stage of the process. They were always very patient and prompt with their delivery throughout. Whenever new content came in, or we needed any changes or corrections, they delivered it very quickly. They were informative and guiding throughout, considering this was the first time we had created a website from scratch.

The team's quick response and patience got us to our final live website quicker than we could have imagined. They always took time to put step by step guidance together on how to update the site ourselves, also on how to create our FTP server for the live site hosting. The teams email communication was always very clear and thorough.

I think it might have been easier if we had scheduled a couple of calls, as everything was done over email, but I think this was also down to the time difference, so not a major problem and this was counteracted by their great written communication.

We sent the vendor a PDF mockup of exactly what the final menu navigation should look like as well as detailed information about how each item should perform when interacted with over UpWork messaging. Thanks to the understanding of the developer and the details in the mockup, we only had one ask, which was to ensure two buttons were added) when the product was delivered. One round of revisions is great!

Our website was outdated and had two landing pages, one for our e-commerce store and a Wordpress site for our blog and stud pages.

Over time the blogging functionality improved in Shopify so we wanted to transfer the Wordpress site over and give the new landing page a freshen up. We needed to find a team to help us achieve this.

They go through the initial process before making an offer, finding out who we are, what we do, and what exactly we need. Following that, they gave us a deadline and cost. Once agreed, they started immediately and almost always delivered before the deadline.

Once the customer starts testing, normally issues we didn't foresee on the first call arise. The Dynamic Dreamz team had no problem addressing those or changing something if the specifications. It's quite a dynamic process once we reached the testing stage.

We worked closely with two people over the course of this project. Gaurav oversaw the daily ongoings and was our main point of contact while Sanjay did most of the web development.

Sanjay Patel of Dynamic Dreamz worked closely with me to complete a Wordpress site. All deadlines were met on or before the requited time. They were willing to make the requested changes and had excellent suggestions.

I also appreciate the guide sheet they made so that I can find components of the website and make updates myself. I will defiantly call on him again for future projects.

We spoke daily over messenger chat in Upwork. Each time something else popped up that needed fixing the team saw to it right away. It was just a matter of making sure the issue was explained clearly, and how we wanted it fixed was passed on so they could do their job.

We've been delighted with the outcome of Gaurav's work. While we are yet to go live with the new site, I can still confidently say the work will have a significant effect on our site performance and bottom line.
