A good number were not delivered on time or required many follow-ups and check-ins from our team to ensure their team stayed on task and hit key dates.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The concept of their strategy was good, but the execution was poor.

Are there any areas for improvement or something DrivenIQ could have done differently?

Unfortunately, it has been an awful experience working with Driven IQ. It was clear from the start of our agreement they were set up to handle automotive-based companies and not others. They received a fresh round of funding and, in my opinion, went to market before they were ready to serve non-automotive-based companies. Issues: 

• Owe us money for overspending on ads and credits and refuse to pay. 
• They overspent on the contracted budget. 
• Delivered poor-quality leads -Had poor communication throughout the process. 
• In general, they did not drive the marketing strategies. 

They waited for us to develop the strategy, then poorly executed it. They currently stopped communicating with us in our efforts to collect overspending on ads and credits they owe us due to poorly performing initiatives. The CEO, Albert has chosen to go silent as well. I also have internal communication of their team asking their reps to convince us to stop our requests looking for the credits they owe us. Highly unprofessional.

We were able to create a unified data strategy in house and now have built over 45k actual data audience profiles we own and our return in investment has been 10x - we are very happy with DrivenIQ

At times it would be helpful if we held more update meetings - but they are growing fast - still great!
